Bošket Luxury Rooms

Nothing. The contact with the property was really bad. First of all they asked on WhatsApp a photo of my ID in order to give us the room details such as room key, room number etc. Secondly, they didn’t know where was the room key so they told us to get the key of the “nightmare” room. We enter the room left our stuff and went out. When we returned we noticed that the bed had bedbugs. We spoke with them and the person was apologizing like he didn’t know (even though that he knew) so we changed again room (we went to the first room). Also the second room was dirty, had some marks that in the past bugs were living there as well. First morning there and we were really tired so we went somewhere clean and warm. When we return at the nightmare room someone had entered and cleaned(?)! They just placed the duvet in the bed. No fresh towels, no cleaning the super dirty floor.

Decent size tv and shower/bathroom was nice Riddled with bed bug in our room. No water or any tea/coffee facilities.
