The owner should think about giving more facilities to the guests, for example some lockers so people don't leave their stuff on the floor around in a little room for 8 people, beds are so unstable and uncomfortable, pillows are not comfortable, was woken with neck pain all the time, there are 8 lockers in a hall on 20 and more rooms (full of beds), maybe providing a hairdryer instead of forcing staff to dress as a frog and trying to animate super weird crew. Most of the people seemed shady and there were no penalties for misbehaviour in common areas (for example sex in front of other people in the room). Stuff mostly not being helpful or showing minimum interest in solving situations, not really competent in their duties, especially housekeeping team which removed people's personal belongings without contacting them at all.

Coming into the hostel gave me good impressions. Loved the wall art and the common area. The kitchen...was a bit mucky and maybe the guests that time just didnt know how to clean up properly. The room was ok....like just ok for sleeping but I definitely wouldn't come back here. I stayed here for 3 nights! I was itching in my bed for 2 nights! I didnt visibly see bed bugs but all I can think of are molds and dust and whatever's accumulated there with different people sleeping on the bed. Given they only change the linens. I dont know how often they actually clean /disinfect their mattresses and bed bunks. On my 3rd night, 2 new ladies checked in and the next day she complained of the same thing that she was itching all over. I had rashes all over my back and hives. Also I dont think the room has good ventilation and cleaning(disinfection) in general. T&B were ok... but hot water was scarce . I stayed last August 2019. Writing this after a month backpacking in South America only to remember how bad my experience here was compared to the hostels I've recently been to. Everything can be improved here though so hopefully....

Room was musty and hot. Bed bugs. Good atmosphere and common areas. Good eating suggestions.
