Zostel Mumbai

location - 1,5 hrs on a taxi from the city center. not the main problem, but the room was dirty, even after their cleaning. the building looks like it’s unfinished, but we could tolerate it, what we couldn’t described below: after 2 nights there, my whole body was covered with bites from bed bugs, which we thought could be mosquito bites until we saw bed bug. we asked for the new rooms and they gave it to us, it was very humid inside but it was late in the night and we decided to stay. at 3 am a group of random guys entered our room for no reason, we were shocked. early in the morning they started to knock our door asking to go out, since new customers supposed to check in to this new room. we already booked a new hotel, so started to pack our stuff and on a way out we saw our old room - one guy was cleaning it, while other was just laying in the bed 😵‍💫 we left one night earlier and they gave us money for that night back. The hotel needs to be fully refurbished. Not recommended for anyone.
