- Quarto muito pequeno, camas desconfortáveis, roupa de cama manchadas e pareciam sujas. Não tinha cortina em todas janelas. Muito barulho, ligavam as luzes do corredor de madrugada. Hóspedes chegavam de madrugada falando alto, fazendo barulho. Funcionário pouco prestativo, mal educado. Café da manhã muito básico. Não recomendo.

Can’t recommend this hostel. While the location is good and the courtyard is cute, the room was very small and the bathroom had an odor problem as well as a moldy shower. The bed is comfortable but the first night I stayed there some travellers wanted to check in in the middle of the night. They kept ringing the doorbell and knocking the door. Apparently they have a portable doorbell device and that night is was located so that I felt like the bell was right in my room.
+ The location is great, the 24 hour reception is good.
- During our stay, the bathroom had a thick layer of black mould which made both of us sick. We originally booked for 3 nights and left after one. We could not sleep which we attribute to the lack of clean air in the room dye to the mould. It was bad.
Nicht buchen!!!! Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war im Keller, ohne Fenster, ohne Abtrennung zum Gepäckraum, dünne Wände, Schimmel, Abgasgeruch. Das inklusive Frühstück war nicht inklusive und musste extra bezahlt werden. Das Schlimmste: Gepäcklagerung für die Machu Picchu Reise sei kein Problem. Als ich mein Gepäck nach 2 Tagen abholen wollte, wurde mir aggressiv unterstellt, ich hätte noch eine Nacht länger gebucht. Kein Gepäck ohne Ge...
Not booked!!!! we did not get the room we had booked. the room was in the basement, no window, no separation to the luggage compartment, thin walls, mold, bad breath. that included breakfast was not included and had to be paid extra. the worst: luggage storage for the Machu Picchu trip is no problem. when i wanted to pick up my luggage after 2 days, i was aggressively assumed, i would have booked one more night. no luggage without money. abzocke
+ La ubicación del hostal es buena, así como su conexión a internet y las vistas del comedor. También hay agua caliente.
- Para empezar la entrada es un poco complicada, desde una calle muy estrecha donde apenas entra un carro. Nuestra habitación estaba situada en la planta baja. Era oscura, sin ventilación y muy húmeda y fría. Había mantas en la cama, pero notabas la humedad en las paredes, la cal de la pared se impregnaba en todo. Era una habitación triple, pero sin espacio suficiente para tres personas; los enchufes cargaban mal y eran viejos; no había ningún sitio para colgar las toallas; y la habitación estaba cerca del hall y al pie de la carretera, con lo cual se escuchaba todo. El baño muy pequeño, con el suelo mojado constantemente después de cada ducha. Había agua caliente, pero la presión iba y venía y el agua se enfriaba por momentos. Sólo venía una pastilla de jabón para tres personas (se entiende que para lavarse las manos y para la ducha). El tamaño de las toallas no eran de cuerpo entero, y tampoco las cambiaron tras pasar la noche. La ducha no se podía cerrar del todo y se escuchaba el goteo incesante. El desayuno no estaba mal, había posibilidad de hacerse café con leche o té. Sin embargo, la mantequilla estaba muy fría y no se puede untar en el pan, que por cierto no es fresco y está seco. Una noche pedí una manzanilla porque tenía el estómago mal y me quisieron hacer pagarlo, además tardaron una hora en prepararlo y traerlo. El pago de la estancia hay que hacerlo en efectivo si no quieres pagar un 8% por hacerlo con tarjeta. Un poco engorroso si no cuentas con el efectivo en ese momento. Para mí, una mala experiencia.

+ Un Hotel muy cerca a la plaza de armas con facil acceso. Las habitaciones son cómodas. El desayuno con una vista excelente de la plaza.

hôtel bien situé . très limite au niveau hygiène et il y fait froid, Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, la réception et le hall commun était ores de notre chambre . Eau froide 2 jours dur 4! petit dejeuner correct mais 2 plot js de beurre pour 4!
Very limited in hygiene and it's cold, A lot of noise at night, the reception and common hall were the best of our room . Cold water 2 days 4! breakfast correct but 2 plots of butter for 4!

- No había agua caliente en todo el día, solamente en las mañanas. La ducha no tenía barantes ni dónde colocar el jabón. Dentro de la ducha estaba el lavamanos. Había ruido siempre, hablaban muy alto, incluso en la madrugada. Un desayuno muy pobre (bebida caliente que es infusión o café, un pan con mantequilla y mermelada). Nuestro dormitorio no tenía ventanas ni decoración. Sólo tenía un pequeño armario.

+ Near centrum, and good value for money because it was cheap. The staff was very nice.
- It felt a bit damp. In our bathroom there was water all over the floor when you took a shower even though we had rolled up the shower door. And there was a lot of noise from the street, even though we didn't have a room right next to it.
