- Quarto muito pequeno, camas desconfortáveis, roupa de cama manchadas e pareciam sujas. Não tinha cortina em todas janelas. Muito barulho, ligavam as luzes do corredor de madrugada. Hóspedes chegavam de madrugada falando alto, fazendo barulho. Funcionário pouco prestativo, mal educado. Café da manhã muito básico. Não recomendo.

Can’t recommend this hostel. While the location is good and the courtyard is cute, the room was very small and the bathroom had an odor problem as well as a moldy shower. The bed is comfortable but the first night I stayed there some travellers wanted to check in in the middle of the night. They kept ringing the doorbell and knocking the door. Apparently they have a portable doorbell device and that night is was located so that I felt like the bell was right in my room.
+ The location is great, the 24 hour reception is good.
- During our stay, the bathroom had a thick layer of black mould which made both of us sick. We originally booked for 3 nights and left after one. We could not sleep which we attribute to the lack of clean air in the room dye to the mould. It was bad.

Nicht buchen!!!! Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war im Keller, ohne Fenster, ohne Abtrennung zum Gepäckraum, dünne Wände, Schimmel, Abgasgeruch. Das inklusive Frühstück war nicht inklusive und musste extra bezahlt werden. Das Schlimmste: Gepäcklagerung für die Machu Picchu Reise sei kein Problem. Als ich mein Gepäck nach 2 Tagen abholen wollte, wurde mir aggressiv unterstellt, ich hätte noch eine Nacht länger gebucht. Kein Gepäck ohne Ge...

+ Un Hotel muy cerca a la plaza de armas con facil acceso. Las habitaciones son cómodas. El desayuno con una vista excelente de la plaza.

+ The staff were kind, and the location was amazing.
- The beds didn't have sheets, the sockets didn't work so we couldn't charge our electronics and the room had no heating. Plus, our bathrooms had an opening that people could see in.

hôtel bien situé . très limite au niveau hygiène et il y fait froid, Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, la réception et le hall commun était ores de notre chambre . Eau froide 2 jours dur 4! petit dejeuner correct mais 2 plot js de beurre pour 4!
+ El hotel es bastante cerca a la plaza principal. Habitaciones cómodas con agua caliente en todo momento. La vista del desayuno es maravilloso 😍

+ Está ubicado al inicio del distrito de San Blas. Se coordinó para el recojo en el aeropuerto.
- No había agua caliente en todo el día, solamente en las mañanas. La ducha no tenía barantes ni dónde colocar el jabón. Dentro de la ducha estaba el lavamanos. Había ruido siempre, hablaban muy alto, incluso en la madrugada. Un desayuno muy pobre (bebida caliente que es infusión o café, un pan con mantequilla y mermelada). Nuestro dormitorio no tenía ventanas ni decoración. Sólo tenía un pequeño armario.

+ Near centrum, and good value for money because it was cheap. The staff was very nice.
- It felt a bit damp. In our bathroom there was water all over the floor when you took a shower even though we had rolled up the shower door. And there was a lot of noise from the street, even though we didn't have a room right next to it.
