- Нас не заселили по забронированной цене.Накануне пришло сообщение от отеля в Вацап ,предложили выбрать комнату из двух вариантов.Мы выбрали ,а таким образом они меняют цену присылая код для заселения. Забронировали за 28,6 долларов,предложили оплатить 44.

+ A cama é confortável e o chuveiro esquenta bem.

- Na chegada ao pagar cobraram o valor errado. No mesmo dia após resolver, no meio da noite entraram em nosso quarto com a gente dormindo, levamos um susto imenso (havíamos trancado a porta por de dentro). Nosso quarto ficava do lado da recepção, gente falando a noite toda, muito barulho. Não tem uma janela no quarto, e tem um vidro sem cortina que deixa o quarto claro toda vez que passa alguém por ali. Café da manhã muito simples. O hotel fica em uma rua em que a maioria dos táxi não entra, e a noite tem mendigo na esquina, o que dá um pouco de medo de passar.

+ It was reasonably near the center.

- The worst accommodation experience I ever had. There was a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom and I was treated horribly by their staff. The day before the final payment I had to catch an early bus, but the receptionist left the hallway, went outside, and locked the front door. He told me to ask other staff members for the key. However, when I wanted to leave, other staff members didn't have the key. When I had to pay the receptionist demand payment in cash and when I refused he wanted to put an extra 5% fee on my card payment. He even blamed me for the incident a day before and told me it's my fault and that, and here I quote him "I created a circus for fun". He also cursed me in Spanish and made a humiliating gestures with his hands about how I talk too much and to be quiet and pay the fee. I have never been treated worse by a hotel.

+ It wasn't super far from the city center.

- I had a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in this place. 1.) When I paid they lied about check-out time. It said 10.30 am on their booking listing, but they claimed it's 10 am. 2.) I had an early bus the day before the check-out. I waited in the hotel lobby for the bus, but the reception guy left and locked the door. He said I can ring the bell and other stuff will unlock the door. When I wanted to leave I rang a bell but nobody came. I rushed upstairs and all the staff told me they have no key. It's not normal to make some one miss the bus because the receptionist just goes outside and locks the door. 3.) When I wanted to pay they told me I need to pay cash or face a 5% fee. I refused so the receptionist tried to guilt me into paying the fee by claiming that I checked-out late (not true as their booking listing says 10.30 am) and blaming me for disturbing the staff a day earlier when I wanted to catch my bus, but the receptionist locked the door and went god knows where outside. 4.) When I demanded to pay with a card without fees the receptionist cursed me in Spanish, saying I'm "loco gringo" (crazy American) and doing hand gestures 'blablabla" to humiliate me and to manipulate me into thinking I talk too much and to give into his demands of paying additional fees. It was the worst stay of my entire life.

+ Help from booking customer service.

- SCAM NOT a HOTEL - AVOID, When you arrive they claim they have extra charges for heating, which is against booking policy as heating is mentioned in facilities without any charges and it's included in price - this was confirmed already by Booking customer service and we have case open with them and reported this illegal activity. Unfortunately we needed to pay these extra charges at the end of our stay (of course didn't get a receipt) as they didn't allow us to leave and called the police - for which we would be happy to wait but we had a train to catch. We recorded everything on video and have lots of evidence against this hotel now. I fully recommend avoiding this hotel and report every problem to booking service as we did and police if you booked already. The room is extra tiny and stinks. The windows in both the room and the bathroom are leaky. It's very cold there without heating. Breakfast at the hotel is at the top floor, the view from there is nice but breakfast itself is pretty poor: a very small portion of scrambled eggs, tea, one glass of juice and marmelad with bread. Easily you can find better options in towns near the below 10 soles. Cleaning is limited to cleaning the bedroom, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The hotel is closed on key at night so you need to wait till someone staying on guard wakes up. If hot water is lacking for a couple of hours they will play stupid and ask you to wait 20/30 minutes all over again, until you no longer have time after waiting hours. Preparing simple take away breakfast in case of trip is only possible randomly, sometimes they said it's not possible, two times we got it, few times we didn't ask as they were rude generally and we didn't feel like talking to them.

+ Nos quedamos sin agua en varias ocasiones y ni nos avisaron y mucho menos compensaron. Habitación pequeña y sucia. Pedimos cambiar las toallas y nos pusieron las mismas toallas sucias que habíamos dejado en el suelo. Salíamos a las 4am y no nos dieron alternativa de desayuno (teníamos incluido). Pedimos una pieza de fruta y era un No.

- Puedes dejar las maletas unos días.

+ La ubicación

- Me alojé en la habitación 201, segundo piso arriba de recepción. La acústica es como de una catedral. Se escucha todo muy, muy fuerte. Tienen cero control de los huéspedes quienes pueden llegar borrachos y hablando fuerte durante toda la noche sin control de la recepción. El personal de aseo pone música a las 6:44 am, reclamé. Es lo único que dijo que podía abordar recepción, ya que respecto al comportamiento de los huéspedes la respuesta fue”hay gente que le gusta salir a bailar”. La tercera noche, hoy, huéspedes llegaron borrachos nuevamente, los vómitos se escuchaban como si estuvieran en mi baño. Reclamé antes del check out, misma respuesta, no se les puede decir nada. Tenga presente que si se va a alojar acá, hay personas que tienen más derechos que usted. No es un hostal tranquilo ni familiar. Sobre todo en el segundo piso, sentirá que duerme en recepción y con el resto de las personas de las piezas aledañas. El personal no se interesa por tener un ambiente tranquilo y de descanso. Los borrachos tienen más derechos que quienes desean reponerse luego de recorrer el hermoso Perú. Ante mi reclamo, el recepcionista se alteró, me hizo callar y que no estaba en el mercado. Yo no levanté la voz, ni falté el respeto, hay testigos de eso, ya que quienes conversaban en recepción hablaban más fuerte que yo diciendo mi reclamo. El recepcionista me hizo callar y subió las escaleras para calmarse, ÉL. Mientras yo lo esperaba para pagar la estafa. Cuando se calmó, regresó y cursé el pago, pese a que los 3 últimos días en Perú, en este hostal, fueron horribles. Pd: el baño no tiene extractor. Solo la ventanilla de la ducha que da al pasillo. La puerta tiene un vidrio arriba y el pasillo tiene sensor de movimiento, cada vez que suben personas bulliciosas, además se prende la luz y su pieza se ilumina bastante, para más remate. En resumen. Parece un backpackers. No lo que “venden” en booking. Por lo menos, esa es la experiencia del 201 y la atención del personal.

+ A hospedagem superou todas as expectativas. O quarto é completo, com cama confortável e roupas de cama sempre muito limpas. O banheiro também se destacou pela organização: as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e a limpeza era feita com todo cuidado. As funcionárias são excepcionais e fizeram toda a diferença na experiência. Sempre atenciosas e prestativas, ofereceram todo o suporte necessário e ainda deram ótimas dicas sobre a cidade — um atendimento realmente impecável. A localização também é um ponto positivo, a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da praça central. Sem dúvida, se eu voltar a Cusco, me hospedarei lá novamente.

- One night the hot water didn’t work and it was solved until next day. The breakfast was everyday the same, i think they could implement yogurt and cereals, even if it involves paying little more i will be happy to see some variety like ham and cheese, etc The noise from the outside and other rooms was very obvious, so i recommend bringing earplugs.

+ Cheap private room but no windows, which was actually helpful, because I had no problem with loud fireworks or sleep, especially when needed to wake up 2-3 in the night for tours. Nice views from the 5th floor. Tea available all the time.

- Place is locked 24/7 and sometimes you need to ring for 5 minutes for receptionist to hear you. Homeless people on the corner, all the time. Breakfast is now even less, than previous reviews mentioned. 1 egg, 1 juice, 2 breads. A neighbour is actively building his own hotel, views will be gone soon.
