iHome Hoi An

Really nice hostel generally, it isn’t in the main area of Hoi an it’s on one of the islands, really sociable and nice bar facilities. They also organise loads of events every night for everyone. I did wake up with bed bug bites after staying there though.

is a hostel mainly for backpackers, they are quite noisy at night, everything was fine until i found out i was bitten by bed bugs after 1 night

When we got here we checked the beds for bugs and almost instantly found a bedbug. Although I must mention that the staff handled it very well! They removed everyone from the room and offered us two other rooms that we were allowed to check for bugs before moving anything into the room.

Great location close to Old Town. Nice pool area and common areas. Very chill during the day and lively and social at night. No bed bugs and nice dorms. Fantastic breakfast! Would 100% recommend.

We heard rumours that there were bedbugs in other rooms although didn’t see this personally, bar was very loud late at night and being right next to this was bad for sleep

The hygiene could have been better. There was a case of bed bugs as well.
