+ leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die auf Ihrer Webseite gezeigten Bilder vermittelten einen anderen Eindruck als die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Dadurch fühlte ich mich in die Irre geführt. Darüber hinaus war es mir nicht möglich, meine Reservierung nach der Buchung zu ändern. Selbst wenn das Hotel nicht den Vorstellungen entspricht, besteht laut Ihrer Regelung keine Möglichkeit einer Anpassung oder Rückerstattung. Das halte ich für sehr unflexibel und kundenunfreundlich. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich Ihr Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich bitte Sie, meine Beschwerde ernst zu nehmen und Ihre Richtlinien sowie die Darstellung Ihrer Angebote zu überdenken, um zukünftige Gäste nicht ebenfalls zu.

Shower was clogged and was disgusting. A part of the staff was not friendly at all and they have no idea of how to prepare the cocktails they have in the menu. The price and the extra costs (city tax, membership, and others) are not worth it.

+ Была неудобная ситуация, которую не обьяснили в переписке, а по факту говорили при заселении, и связано с деньгами. Плюс полотенце не дали, когда забрали у меня, просили деньги
- Тумбочки небыло, и батареи холодные, не дали мне полотенце на 3й день, а просто забрали и выпрашивали деньги за него

- Waschbecken gehören ins Bad mit einer Tür.

- Нечем дышать, я не мог спать потому что не чем было дышать, очень сухо, так сто из-за этого не возможно было спать и ночью разболелась голова
+ Понравилось только моему 7 летнему сыну, что есть кровать со вторым этажом
- Не понравилось все, кроме двух этажной кровати которая понравилось моему сыну
+ Месторасположение, близко к жд вокзала, завтрак
- Я не ожидал особых удобств от от двухярусных кроватей, но при этом комната очень маленькая, нет полок для вещей, поэтому чемоданы, рюкзаки, лыжи свалены на полу, так, что пройти трудно. Неоправданно высокая цена.

+ A great place to stay in Garmisch, very close to the station and shops. We rented a room for two, and it was wonderful! With two large windows and a view of the mountains. Excellent sauna and relaxation areas. The process of registering for this membership was quick, but you have to think about this cost when booking. The place is great for ski equipment and you can get it to the station really fast
- Breakfast was rather monotonous, but ok. There were not enough sweet options. What surprised me was that they didn't change the towels. They only did it for an extra fee at reception. There was only one towel per person in the room. There weren't even hand towels.

achei o preço meio caro, paguei quase 120 euros por duas noites... mas as instalações são excelentes, quarto super limpo e café da manhã otimo!
I found the price rather expensive, I paid almost 120 euros for two nights... but the facilities are excellent, the room super clean and the breakfast is excellent!

+ Wunderbare Lage, nur 2 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin dem Mann, der mich eingecheckt hat (leider habe ich mir seinen Namen nicht gemerkt), sehr dankbar, er war immer bereit zu helfen. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Sauna ist ausgezeichnet 😊
- Ich hätte zum Frühstück gerne ein Omelett, gebratene Würstchen oder Speck. etwas Warmes für den ganzen Tag

+ Das Hostel war sehr sauber und modern. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Fitnessraum und Sauna waren im Preis inbegriffen. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
- Der Fitnessraum hatte kein Laufbahn und war etwas klein. Für 6 Personen fand ich 1 Dusche im Zimmer etwas wenig. Das Frühstück wand ich nicht so lecker und divers.
