- I had a very serious and unacceptable experience at this hotel. During my stay, approximately 200 EUR went missing from my room. The room was only accessed by hotel staff while we were out, which makes this situation extremely concerning. As a guest, you expect a basic level of security and trust — this was clearly not the case here. What is even more disappointing is how the hotel handled the situation. There was no real investigation, no accountability, and no support. I was told vague things about checking cameras and even a “polygraph test,” which sounded unprofessional and unrealistic. The manager never showed up to speak with me in person, despite saying they would. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel hid behind their policy stating they are not responsible for lost items and mentioned the safe. This was not properly explained during check-in (which was late at night), and in any case, guests should not feel that their belongings are at risk inside their own room. This is not just about the money — it is about safety, trust, and how guests are treated when something serious happens. I strongly advise future travelers to be extremely cautious when staying here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

- A mi novio y a mí se nos "perdió" 100 dólares a cada uno de nuestras maletas. Nos dieron una habitación en la que la caja de seguridad no estaba bien. Intentaron culparnos de la falta de nuestro dinero señalando que debimos llevar mejor nuestras cuentas y que probablemente lo habíamos cambiado, pero solo hicimos un cambio en el aeropuerto cuando llegamos para lo necesario y luego en todos nuestros recorridos solo hicimos uso de tarjetas. Otro detalle: estén presentes cuando pesen su ropa para el servicio de lavado.

- The room was different from what advertised in the photo and what I paid. No balcony, extremely small. This is basically FRAUD. Ants near the bed in the room. 😷 Steep stairs to get to the bed, bathroom is on another floor. They forgot my passport inside the photocopier all night!!!! Oh, incredibly loud at night, impossible to sleep.

- however checking out a representative charged an astronomical fee for the mini fridge. On the website, there is no charge for the fridge. I asked repeatedly for a receipt she did not provide one. I got a receipt on a handwritten paper. Beware they charges us over $60 on our way to our waiting Uber. The clerk made up charges and we couldn't leave unless paid. They buzz you in and out. Another guest was a victim of this scam!
- The stairs, staff doesn’t clean rooms, you have to ask for everything because if not they don’t do it
+ I could use the wifi in the lobby.
- The room on booking.com that I reserved had nothing to do with the one they tried to accommodate me in. The latter was a room with hardly any space to turn around and more importantly no window that could have been opened. As my plane arrived in the night I got to the hotel around half past midnight. It was raining cats and dogs and I had look for other accommodation in the middle of the night. Avoid this place if you can.

- Todo fue malo menos el desayuno. La habitación era mucho más pequeña que en las fotos, no tenía ventana, solo contras de madera que hay que tener cerradas para que no entren mosquitos. Con lo cual, no ventana. La madera no evita el ruido de la noche. No se podía dormir, parecía que la calle estuviese en la habitación. El baño era enano para tres personas. La relación calidad precio es súper baja.

+ La amabilidad de algunos miembros del personal durante la estancia. Después, por haber dejado mis gafas de sol en el sofa, fue otro tema.
- La imposibilidad de dormir y descansar por el ruido toda la noche. Música a tope en el restaurante justo al lado del hotel, almacén de los vendedores callejeros frente a las habitaciones gritando hasta muy tarde.

It has a super location to enjoy Cartagena, easy access, super central. you can walk to all the attractions you want to do. good location has a price: not suitable for people who have trouble sleeping or have limitations when climbing stairs. but it is worth it if you are willing to take it on

- Mucho ruido, por estar cerca de bares y negocios que estan abiertos toda la noche. Y no tiene elevador. Tampoco hay agua caliente, aunque con el calor, no fue necesario.

+ Excelente atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso muito bem preparado, a Nora que atente no café da manhã é muito gentil e amorosa. Mil estrelas para ela. E mil estrela para todos os demais pois fomos muito bem acolhidos na nossa estadia. Excelente localização, uns 15min ou menos caminhando até a Muelle de la bodeguita (de onde saem todos os passeios) e da torre do relógio, que fica do lado da Muelle.

+ Muchas gracias por todo, es un lindo hotel y el personal súper amable y de grande ayuda. El desayuno en el rooftop es delicioso y la ubicación del hotel en el corazón de Getsemani nos hizo pasar una estancia perfecta. Gracias!!

- Hay muchísimo ruido, hay un bar ubicado en diagonal al alojamiento. Hasta las 1 am hay música muy fuerte.
