A lot of mold, their dog or cat pissed in my room, extremely loud music from 8am - 11pm even when I was the only one guest and could not close my door and asked to turn it of for at least 10 minutes or turn it down a bit - no will to help the guests and no sense for them AT ALL. Very bad experience.

Really bad, do not book this!! The rooms are full of mold, especially the beds. The bathrooms are full of mold and they try to cover in up with black paint and a lot of air purifierers, but I still felt the black mold on my lungs after a shower. I watched how they “cleaned” the beds.. they don’t !?!? They only put the sheets nice on the beds and spray some deodorant over it. The result is that you can clearly see the stains and mold in the beds. DO NOT BOOK THIS

Dieses Hostel ist super weird. Die Betten unsauber, das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Es hiess wir können frühstücken um 7:00 morgens, am Morgen selber meinte sie es gibt kein Frühstück da der Supermarkt noch nicht geöffnet hat. Ok?! Ohne irgendwelche entschuldigung. Nebst dem überall Hunde und Kot am Poolbeckenrand. Am Abend immer laute Musik und man hört alles von der Lobby. Ich war froh das Hostel zu verlassen. Rang 2 von meiner am schlechtesten Erfahrungen von Hostels.

this hostel was covered in mold. All over the bathrooms and the rooms, and the walls was painted black so you couldn’t see… Dogs all over the place, and their shit and pee was not cleaned up so everyone was stepping in it. And cockroach in the bathroom..

Do not stay here! The staff were so rude and unhelpful. The bathrooms were dirty and the cleaner only changed the toilet roll in the 3 days we were there. The hostel messed the rooms leaving 7 people in a 6 bed room. They also moved all our stuff when giving away our beds when we had already paid. Also at the top of a hill so enjoy the trek up. The music in the bar played all night despite no one being there and the 7 dogs barked all night.

The atmosphere of this hostel needs some improvement, you are not able to use the kitchen. They have the worst WiFi available!!!! Also plants constantly hit you in the face when walking around.

The hostel room we had was so moist that you could smell it. The roof was made off wood and there was black fungus every where. When I laid down on the bed I would feel the moist comming in to my shirt. In het main area there was dog poo. The hostel was full of people from Israel witch made us outstanders. Would definitely not recommend. We switched hostels and did not get any money back.

When we arrived they didn‘t have our bookings in their system and blamed us for it. The dogs were always getting on the tables where people later would eat off. They started playing music at 7 in the morning and the construction for the new roof started even earlier. The employees were nice and helpful. The room to the street couldn‘t be locked forcing you to take valuables with you all the time.

Acted like it was our fault that the reservation didnt go through. Unfriendly mansplaining. Rooms stank, bathroom too. Neither was really clean. Bathroom moldy. Kitchenarea smelled like dog food. Dogs on the tables you eat from. No lockers in the room. Loud music starts at 7, ends at 11. no nice chill area, just tables and chairs. Wrong info about hikes.

Gastgeber unfreundlich und mansplainend. Zimmer stinken nach Schimmel. Decken werden nach dem Gast nicht gewaschen. In der Dusche war Katzenscheiße. Es gibt keinen gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsbereich. Um 7:15 startet die Laute Musik. Die Bauarbeiten starteten auch ungefähr dann. Die Hunde sitzen auf den Tischen, von denen man isst. Im Zimmer gabs weder Müllkübel noch Locker noch Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Ich konnte mich dort nicht wohlfühlen.

L’ensemble de l’auberge est vraiment bon, l’emplacement est super, grand espace couvert et terasse, propre et entretenu, personnel super sympa. Les points négatifs sont que il n’y a pas de cuisine, eau tiède. Je recommande vraiment pour le prix c’est un bon endroit.

Super endroit, la terrasse et la piscine sont un vrai plus, seul bémol est l’absence de cuisine.

Not a quiet hostel. No where to store our bags in the small rooms. Good location but wasn’t the cleanest of places.

Hat einen kleinen Pool und auch einen mittelwarmen Jacuzzi auf dem Dach. Die Zimmer im Dormroom sind eher beengt und nicht so sauber. Es wurde einem zu Beginn wenig gezeigt aber man kann theoretisch auch die Küche benutzen

Me encantó y siempre me encantará ir allá, super cerca al parque, espacios muy lindos.

L’hostel est très sale. Il y a de la moisissure partout. Il n’y a pas de cuisine. Mais il y a un bar et un roof top avec une super vue. Le personnel est gentil. Un peu éloigné du centre. On a pas envie d’y rester très longtemps, après il est pas cher si la saleté ne vous dérange pas

Musique trop forte, jusqu'à 11h du soir, impossible de se reposer. Pas d'espace pour cuisiner. Les espaces sont ouverts et que partiellement couverts, quand il pleut vous prenez la douche entre votre chambre et les toilettes...

Nice place, handy location. You have to pay extra to use the hot tub which seems weird. Not cheap either

In unserem Zimmer stand ein Wassereimer der übergelaufen ist, unsere Sachen wurden nass. Aus dem Bad kamen wundersame Geräusche.

Belle hostel bien situé, la terrasse est grande et avec une jolie vue. Je regrette les dortoirs étroits qui ne permettent pas de déballer les bagages avec suffisamment d’espace. Il y’a peu de douches par rapports à la capacité d’accueil de l’hostel, les WC et la douche sont dans la même pièce, ce qui fait que quand quelqu’un se douche on ne peut pas aller aux toilettes. Je regrette également la playlist de l’hostel, de la musique de clubbing dès le matin et en semaine, plus ...

Absolutely loved our stay here they have a pool and a jacuzzi, the staff were soo welcoming and amazing. Don’t listen to the other reviews this is definitely the best place to stay in salento!

esta loco. very chaotic in there. too much stuff in the way. The place has so much potential but it's hard to navigate lol.

Hilltop Salento was an experience. the location and the pool are nice but not perfectly clean or been taken care of. sadly the people working there were obviously annoyed by tourists and kind of distant and ignorant. very sad for the colombian culture

Ich bin nur für eine Nacht geblieben, aber hatte einen super Aufenthalt. Abends im warmen Pool bzw. “jakuzi” bei der tollen Aussicht zu baden, hat das Hostel besonders gemacht. Und ich liebe die ganzen Pflanzen in der Unterkunft. Zimmer waren ok, aber sind alle offen und für jeden zugänglich.
