- very small room. we were not even able to open our 2 suite case. I has also the pleasure to enjoy water break down while full of soap under shower... the room was very noisy, we could not sleep after 5 AM due to the neighbours room watching TV. We had planned to sty 2 nights but moved after the first one

+ Lieu avec la place centrale gentillesse du personnel

- Malheureusement je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit ça aura gâcher un peu ma vision sur cette hôtel

+ La ubicación es lo mejor del sitio, justo detrás de la plaza principal.

- Pensé que había reservado la habitación con terraza pero no era. Las fotos engañan un poco , hay que fijarse bien .

+ The staff arranged the transfer from Pereira airport and to Armenia bus terminal

- The bed was very hard. The mountain view is misleading - you see some mountains but also a lot of the town, which spoils the view. Most importantly, there was no hot water so we could not have a shower for 2 days! This was especially problematic after a day hiking the long trail in Cocora. The lady at reception tried to fiddle with the boiler but nothing changed, so she called the technician but nothing was fixed. We didn't get any updates about the status of hot water after the technician came but the water was still very cold. Really bad when you're muddy and tired and just need a nice hot shower. Also, they don't give you a hand towel or a bath mat so water from the shower goes everywhere (which we discovered when we were running the tap waiting for hot water to come out).

+ Location - just one block from the main plaza. Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean room.

- I had to pay for a shampoo and a bottle of warer, I haven't seen that before.

+ Staff are super friendly and helpful

- Noise isolation is bad, and no shampoo or shower gel in the room

- Lack of natural light in the rooms but this seemed to be a theme in Colombia as a whole

+ Nuestra estadía en Casa Borbón fue excelente. En especial, Yuranis fue muy amable y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar en Salento y sus alrededores, especialmente la Reserva Natural La Carbonera. Gracias a sus sugerencias pudimos conocer lugares muy especiales y disfrutar aún más nuestro viaje. ¡Muy recomendado!

+ The location is great. Close to the main square but blissfully quiet at night. The shower was hot - very important in a place like Salento after a day of trekking and/or getting caught in the rain. My room was lovely and quiet and the staff were really helpful - even giving me a shoe brush and bucket to clean my mud-caked hiking boots.

- I didn't realise there was no breakfast! The kitchen's pretty well equipped but the fridge in my room didn't work and wasn't fixed across my five day stay. I am also an early riser but quite often there wasn't coffee available until 7.30/8, by which time I had left for the day. The wifi was also temperamental but I think that could have been due to work happening in the main square.

- No me gustó que dentro del hospedaje no había señal.

+ Schöne Saubere Zimmer und gute Lage

- Leider haben wir wenig Ruhe gehabt in der Nacht, da die Frau von der Rezeption bis spät abends laut private Telefonate geführt hat und unser Zimmer im EG neben der Rezeption war. Generell war das Personal etwas „unnötig“ laut zu sehr späten oder frühen Stunden. (Laute Handy Töne, private Telefonate, lautstarke Gespräche)

+ Perfect location with friendly staff who were so helpful !! Room was nice with our own bathroom and tv. So close to the main square with all of the shops and restaurants.

- Would have loved to be in one of the front rooms with a view and a little balcony.

+ in einer ruhigen Strasse ganz in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es hatte eine kleinen Fön und genug Wasser. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war nicht besonders 😉 aber zweckmässig. kann die Unterkunft empfehlen!

- Die Zimmertüre war etwas lädiert - habe daher mein Gepäck zusätzlich mit einem Schloss gesichert, man weiss ja nie…

+ Muy pulcro y agradable el sitio, el personal muy atento y prestos a resolver cualquier inquietud.
