Great place to stay but don't expect to meet other travellers. More of a hotel than a hostel so mingling with others is at a bare minimum. Lots of traffic as you get to the main road but being in the city i wouldn't expect anything else. You will need to get a taxi to clubs and markets but taxis are mad cheap in cebu city so I'm not complaining- use grab rather than random taxis on the street
