NO. Baños era ducha+inodoro, siempre inundados, solo hay 8 para todos, a las 7/8am están todos ocupados. Limpieza nefasta, todo huele a humedad, sábanas de la cama no las cambian, en la mía había pelos y el edredón estaba de color marrón, algunos huéspedes han reportado CHINCHES / BEDBUGS (yo estaba en la de 3, por eso a lo mejor no tuve). Calefacción no funciona, le dije a chico recepción y no hizo absolutamente nada. Conclusión: gasta un poco más y vete a otro lado.

DO NOT stay in this place or any other location from the same chain, this place is awful with bed bugs, and they don’t clean at all.

I'm pretty sure I got bed bug bites from here. Woke up with multiple lumps on my neck area . . . The two reception staff I interacted with were nice and friendly but that's the only positive I have. The cleaner was so rude in the morning that I didn't even get a shower before 2 days of flights. Also she does a terrible job. The place is filthy and honestly shameful. The constantly flooded bathrooms are a nightmare. The lockers are pathetically small making them pointless. The beds have a connecting wooden frame that bangs anytime the slightest movement is made which is so disturbing and prevents a good sleep.

I got bed bugs

Great location and cool building! Super close to Victoria station which is ideal. Unfortunately not very clean and bathrooms do flood. Some of the staff are friendly, others not so much. Also had quite bad bed bugs which I only discovered part way through my stay. I was only partially refunded for this (once I realised what it was and raised the issue) despite them being there/ biting me the whole time! Would’ve appreciated being refunded the whole stay but I enjoyed my time up until then!

Full off bedbugs

If you are a young traveler looking for a fun place to stay and meet new people, this is not the place for you. There are no common spaces to mingle. All the women in my dorm were decades older than me, which was very awkward. My room and the bathroom facilities were gross. The bathrooms flood when someone showers, leaving the floors wet at all hours of the day. Many reviews reported bed bugs, which I fortunately did not come across. The only positive thing I can say if that the staff was friend

It was a night mare sleep in a bed full of bedbug. I was not able to sleep so many bedbug that were biting me the whole night. Unfortunately, they do not have a good control about that plague. I hope they can deal with that, otherwise sleep there is to be tortured.

Place is crawling with bed bugs. Told my only option was to leave at 2am onto the street or continue to sleep in my bed with all the bugs. Promised a full refund and booking says they are disputing my claims and won’t issue refund. BEWARE!!

My place was crawling with bedbugs. The staff hurried to say goodbye to me. I'm not sure they told anyone. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel. I had to translate this information to some because people don't know English that well. I think Pub Love is a scam. They don't respond to letters about the need for compensation for the consequences of allergies, treatment for bites, dry cleaning, moral discomfort. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

★☆☆☆☆ BEDBUGS— steer clear. I stayed at PubLove Victoria and left covered in bed bug bites—around ten on my body. It was an awful experience, especially since I’m highly allergic. The hygiene standards clearly aren’t being maintained, and it’s unacceptable for a hostel to have this issue. Beyond that, the rooms were cramped, and the beds felt unclean. It is very loud as it is an old building. The bathrooms are not clean and smell lien urine. I reached out about the problem, and the response was disappointing—little accountability and no real effort to make things right. I got a blasé “I’m sorry” from the guy at the reception desk. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk taking bed bugs home with you. Proximity to victoria station is good.

Bedbugs. Got bitten on the first night. I am still waiting for a response from the management. The showers/toilets are absolutely disgusting. They have no drain on the floor, so water from showers is just collecting there, so you need to go to the toilet in raining boots if you don't want to slip on stairs and fall like I did. On the floor where they have 12 people room and 2 more rooms of god knows how many, there is only 1 bathroom on this floor. So you need to go to another. Keycards don't work great either. In the middle of the night, when people go to the bathroom and they can not return inside because the keycard doesn't work , they bang the door. You might find yourself being on doorman duties like i was :) I was stuck out of the main entrance once, and when I went to the front desk to report the issue, I was told a I should try again but with a trick and a lot of force. So I'm assuming this issue is well aware. Considering the price, it's survivable, but if you can raise your budgets, just a tiny and go somewhere else.

Only the location was good and the service to leave your luggage's with them. The bed is so uncomfortable, the showers always busy, felt like bed bugs. There is no privacy between the beds.

Bed bugs! Worst experience ever! It isn’t a tourist typical hostel. There are people literally living in there.

The rooms get dirty pretty fast because there are normally 24 beds in each room, and there is no ventilation system whatsoever, it was extremely hot at night and the only thing that was (barely) cooling the room was an open window (which didn't help that much). Also, I am pretty sure there are bedbugs or some type of bugs because I woke up with tons of bug bites the next morning. The breakfast is nothing impressive; only bread, marmelade, and cereal (plus coffee). The thing is, that for London you will hardly find something cheaper.

El peor Hostel en la historia de mi vida. No vayan. Es una porquería. Es un desastre en todo sentido. No tienen la capacidad de resolver un problema. Se suponía que tenía que pasar 2 noches en este lugar. Llegué alrededor de las 22 horas e hice el check in en una habitación se 9 camas. Dejé mis cosas y me fui a cenar y luego tomé unas cervezas en el bar. Al regresar a mi habitación no podía abrir la puerta. Llamé al recepcionista (que es el mismo encargado del bar) y se dió cuenta de que alguien había tragado la puerta desde adentro. Luego de varios minutos de golpear alguien abrió y al entrar sobre mi cama había una persona durmiendo sobre mi ropa y usando mochila como almohada. Todas las camas estaban ocupadas. La persona encargada no hizo más que pedirme que retirara mis cosas y me asignó otro room. Este room era más barato porque era de 12 camas. Al ir a mi habitación nueva me di cuenta que mi cama no tenia ni almohada ni sábanas ni acolchado. Era simplemente un colchón todo sucio y lleno de pelos. Nuevamente llamé al recepcionista y el mismo me dijo que no tenía forma de conseguir nada. Tuve que intentar dormir sin almohada y sin sábanas. Además fui mordido por bed bugs. Al día siguiente reserve otro Hostel y prepare mis cosas para irme. Fui a bañarme y al volver a la habitación decía que no se podía entrar por 3 horas porque estaban fumigando. Nadie me avisó. Al hacer la queja la persona a cargo simplemente me dijo que escribiera un mail que el no podía hacer un refund. Ya pasaron casi 48 hs y todavía no hay respuesta. Además hay que aclarar que el lugar es sucio. Hay 3 baños para 50 personas y solo 2 duchas. El resto está fuera de servicio. Una verdadera vergüenza que el gobierno de este país tenga habilitado un lugar como este. No vayan. No se dejen engañar.
