Ciao Papa Hotel Amsterdam Central Station

My staff checked into the room late and rushed out as we had dinner reservation and were running late as our flight had been delayed.. When they returned later on that evening they realised the room was unclean - dirty linen and BED BUGS. They were then moved into another room in the middle of the night which also had dirty linen and dried sick on the toilet, the girls checked out the next day ending their three night stay to just that one and we checked them into another hotel. We have contacted Booking.com and The Royal Plaza, both stated we would be refunded the two nights they didn't stay, but we have since been ignored by the property.

Kamer was ronduit smerig, lakens onder de vlekken en de matrassen eigenlijk te vies om op te liggen. Op 1 kamer zat het bed onder de bedwantsen, dit natuurlijk direct gemeld maar hier werd heel laconiek mee omgegaan. De 2e avond wel een andere kamer gekregen.

Le standing de l’hôtel est loin d’un hôtel de catégorie 3 étoiles comme il le prétend. La propreté est douteuse. Sur trois jours, notre chambre n’a jamais été balayée ni nettoyée à l’aspirateur ( pour preuve des miettes et petits papiers qui traînaient dans la chambre). Matelas infesté de punaises de lit dans l’une des chambres. Petit déjeuner très pauvre (2 tranches de pain toastés 1 café 2 œufs brouillés 2 petites tranches de jambon et de fromage ( c’est tout!) La moquette à l’entrée de l’hôtel était crasseuse. C’est une grosse déception cet hôtel. A 200 euros la nuit, on était en droit d’avoir mieux.
