+ O café da manhã é incluso e muito bom

- Não tem recepção, se chegar tarde passa desespero...se tem problemas...NÃO TEM RECEPÇÃO... Para uma mulher sozinha isso eh bem ruim, fiquei até tarde 1 da manhã tentando contato com o hostel Se é casal este hostel é para você mas se estiver solteira...depressão, o casal ao lado batia a porta forte pq cheguei tarde.... Vá ao Gorrilas hostel ao lado, recepção 24 horas, passeio, cambio...tudo que vc precisa! Um lugar lindo mas sem assitência que um estrangeiro precisa

- El desayuno lo era lo que esperaba y mucha mala onda en el ambiente

- Tive que tomar banho gelado pois não esquentou o chuveiro de jeito algum.

+ Muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de paseos gastronómicos y muchas líneas de transporte.

- Si bien el personal es muy amable, servicial y educada, no había presencia de ellos en horas sumamente necesarias. Teníamos que hacer el checkout a las 9.30 am para irnos a una excursión y no encontramos a nadie en la recepción, y cuando me comuniqué por WhatsApp con ellos, tampoco recibí respuesta hasta que ya estaba en la excursión. Tuve que llevarme la llave y luego regresar para devolverla porque debía entregarla para los siguientes huéspedes.

- Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre réservation car elle a été annulée peu avant notre arrivée sur place. N'ayant pas de connexion internet nous l'avons découvert tardivement lorsque nous nous sommes présenté à l'hébergement mais nous n'y avons rencontré personne pour nous ex̌plaquer le motif de l'annulation ! Nous avons du trouver un autre hébergement à 22h30

+ The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor area was lovely. Modern property with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, great selection and nice coffee. Very well located, within minutes from St Martin park.

- The road was quite noisy in the morning

+ El lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, la atención del personal fueron súper atentos.

- La habitacion super pequeña y la cama casi muero no me gusta las alturas no podía subir pedi 2 camas pero no me esperaba que sea una encima de la otra me sentía mareada y sin oxígeno por el calor

- Nos entraron a limpiar el cuarto mientras no estábamos y no sabía nada

+ The location of Huli is great, easy access to restaurants and easy to get to the airport. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was also great pressure and the aircon and wifi worked flawlessly The housekeepers were met were all really sweet and patient with our limited Spanish and we briefly met a chap who worked reception, as we were leaving and he was incredibly kind and friendly too.

- We were surprised, considering the reviews, how utterly unbothered the receptionist was on the days that we were there. She barely even acknowledged us when she turned up, and we were waiting to check in for 15 minutes. She didn’t tell us any information about the property or the area - this was in spite of me having asked about local restaurants and coffee shops via message. Breakfast was fine, again, they clearly didn’t look at our notes as I let them know we were both vegetarian both were served meat on both mornings. The coffee wasn’t restocked on the second morning we had breakfast either.

+ Staff were nice and helpful. They let us drop off our backpacks before check in time and also stored them for some hours after checkout. The bed and pillows were awesome. The bathroom was shared but impeccable. The location is the best in Mendoza City.

- Front desk availability is not 24/7, so make sure you plan accordingly. They were helpful but there's nobody at front desk before 1 p.m. or after 8 p.m. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
