I like the lounge area downstairs Didn’t even stay the full night found a bed bug shell underneath the sheet after it kept constantly pulling up. Wouldn’t come again, staff was nice about the situation however we did keep it short because we had to catch the train

Location and vibe is great. Clean as well. Only but HUGE PROBLEM is the bed bugs!!!!!! I stayed two nights and couldn't sleep on either.

Location is nice, safe area, overall design is nice. No bed bugs. Okay/good for its price LOUD beds, impossible to sleep. Whenever any of roommates breathes, you all wake up because the beds are awfully loud. The mattress is so uncomfortable, I had huge back and neck pain all days. And sleep deprivation even thought I spent 8 hours in bed. In fact slept 4. The housekeeping is insanely loud. I really needed to have some extra rest after that sleepless night, and the housekeeping was like a construction near my ears for all hour. Dropping, smashing something. No privacy - no curtains for the bed, so everyone sees you 24/7 and whenever one of the roommates turns on the big light, you all waking up. No individual lights for the beds.
