- Como profesional y master en turismo fue espantoso como el host que ni el dueño es es un empleado se durmió y no salió a abrirnos cuando ya sabía que llegaríamos tarde y el acepto llegamos a Santa Ana 11pm y un huésped nos abrió y al día siguiente fue prepotente poco ético que ni disculpas pidió ante mi reclamo el es racista trata bien y es lambizcon con extranjeros y pesado intransigente con turistas nacionales
AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS! We arrived to find our room given away, crammed into a filthy bunk bed with no curtains facing a loud bar. Then, our door locked us out for over an hour until they finally broke it open, leaving us completely exposed and unsafe! When we demanded a full refund, they outright refused, hiding behind their ridiculous 'policy.' The staff were not just rude but utterly incompetent. This place is a complete disaster! Needs attention, specially the bathrooms.
The room was dirty with dirty linens when we arrived. We did not get our deposit back since the staff was not available in the morning when we were leaving. It was very loud since the rooms were not soundproof at all (the window was half ‘broken’ so you could hear everything). The people staying at the hostel seemed nice.
This hostel has a lot of potential, could be a really nice place as there is some great social areas, has scooters to rent and is close to a great cheap Pupusa place. However during our stay it was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, the fridge and kitchen were very dirty and the whole place needs a deep clean and to be cleaned every day, especially when the property has a dog (who is absolutely adorable but kinda just gets left alone all the time). The dirtiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches and insects crawling round in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The bathroom shower was covered in thick limescale and mould, the toilets were stained and disgusting. I don’t think the hostel has cleaner; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over 6 months! The staff were friendly and the hostel has a nice common area but I wouldn’t recommend!!!

It’s a dorm room in the back garden of a restaurant / bar. Beds are ok, 2 showers that were almost clean, beds had small fans. Staff were nice and helpful! No spots to chill, hang clothes, or do anything but sleep. The restaurant customers also (understandably) looked a bit bemused when you’d step out the shower or walk through with a massive backpack.

+ The beds are very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating as they helped us setup Netflix for about 20min. Location is walking distance to the central plaza and cathedral of Santa Ana. 10/10! Bonus: huge closet and incredible air conditioning

- Minor thing. We were told that the breakfast was served at 7.30-9am. But at 7.30am, nothing. The kitchen staff was late so we got breakfast after 8am. This is just to remind people that the time needs to be flexible or if you have urgent things to do, maybe you want to heads them up the night before. The breakfast was good though
Napoli Centro was the favorite hostel i stayed at in El Salvador. Dubai and the rest of the staff were very kind and efficient. The pizza slices and beer at the bar were delicious.
Good location and great staff. Be aware though that there is NO kitchen available for guest use, it is for the restaurant. Breakfast included which was nice but it starts at 8:30am so you’ll miss it if you’re planning on day tripping outside of the city to catch the early chicken buses.
The staff are amazing. When I stayed there it seemed like a more relaxing and quiet hostel, but it was perfect. The breakfast was great as well
+ The people working there were very friendly and chatty (especially Duban). Everything was super clean. And wifi is fine to online work.
- There’s no hot water! Theres loud music next to the dorm room, most of the people there are not guests and are eating at the restaurant, only 2-3 guests actually staying in dorm room so tough to make friends. The mattress was terrible and lumpy.

- Es zwar ein sehr großes Zimmer, aber fast keine Ablagen oder Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer kann man mit wenig Mittel deutlich gemütlicher und bequemer einrichten. Gegenüber des Hostels ist eine Lärmquelle sonders gleichen. Unerträglich. Die Betten sind zwar groß und recht bequem, aber die Bettlagen- und wäsche waren definitiv schon mal benutzt. Da lagen Haare von den Vorgängern!!! Bad war recht schnuddelig, sauber ist was anders. Spärliches Frühstück, naja immerhin, aber nicht mal eine zweiten Kaffee gabs, das wurde mit erhobenen Zeigefinger gemahnt, das wäre nicht inklusive...eben nicht ganz freundlich Personal morgens. Also Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis Daumen nach unten!!!
+ Duvan y todo el personal son muy amables y siempre están disponibles. El desayuno tradicional es muy sabroso y la ubicación es inmejorable
- El baño es muy pequeño, incomodo al no tener ni ganchos para colgar toallas y ropa y no estaba limpio. Almohadas incómodas
