If you want the Cambodian equivalent of an all inclusive Benidorm resort full of British people sunbathing and drinking beer all day, then you should stay here. The staff were friendly but every conversation was about the next drinking event. We were even told not to go on the temple tour because no one else would be on it because there was a pub crawl scheduled the night before.

Im gonna forever be a Mad Monkey hostel lover and absolutely loved this hostel. A bit more chill than other Mad Monkeys in Cambodia but still a great atmosphere, clean, comfortable, amazing location BUT unfortunately I got bitten by BEDBUGS here so I gotta give a low rating, felt like staff didn't really care that much and didn't make effort to sort it out. If that didn't happen I would have given 10/10

It was really over priced in terms of the food and drinks at the hostel. Their exchange rate was different from the businesses in town and just created issues with getting so many small bills. All the tours were at least $5 more than other places. It just felt like I was at Disneyland… getting nickled and dimed all over the place. I actually spent was less money there than I would have if things would have just been priced fairly

Rooms and bathrooms are not clean at all. Bedding had lots of stains

The place is amazing but the construction makes it not usable. I had amazing time on the pub crawl then has a jackhammer over my room at 8am. Don’t stay here, just come here for the activities. When construction is done it’ll be great but right now they shouldn’t rent rooms. Staff is amazing the short half Philippines half Swedish girl is 10/10, she eat Balut like a champ👏🏻

We got a private room and bathroom and it is definitely the best private bathroom we have had in a hostel. The room was very clean and spacious, the hostel itself had two pools, a bar, and a restaurant. The staff was kind but not super attentive - I had asked about where to get food and he told me a ten minute walk, so we ordered food and then were told they have their own restaurant and we couldn’t eat our ordered food inside the hostel which was frustrating. I would definitely recommend!

Had an unreal stay at Mad Monkeys. Was only meant to be a couple nights and ended up staying two extra, which says it all. Big shoutout to Danny and Benny, absolute legends. Great hostel with a really relaxed, social atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Special shoutout to Daniel and Skyler! both were super friendly, helpful, and always around when you needed something. They really make the place feel welcoming.

This Hostel is amazing if you want to meet great people and have a good time, we went for Kmher New Year and we couldn’t have had a better time, shout out to the Benny and Sayon, aswell as all the Reps they made it possibly the best stay of our trip, only downside is it’s a bit out of the centre you have to walk for maybe 10-15 mins to get to where everything is happening but apart from that it’s great.

Such a nice hostel. 2 pools are great and also really sociable found very easy to make friends as a solo female traveller! Beds are big in the dorms too and nice clean bathrooms. Staff were amazing especially Harri and Sayon 🥹❤️

I had a really nice stay at this hostel. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I originally booked a 6-bed dorm and got upgraded to a 4-bed room, which was a great bonus. The people here are friendly, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful without being over the top. As a solo traveler, that makes a big difference. Great hostel! Best hostel in Asia for me! Nice rooms, great pool and super good staff. They alswqys have enough USD, offer great tours and help you if needed. Road 60 tour was so fun and also the pub crawl.

The best hostel in Cambodia I really love it. Atmosphere is always good and they have many activities every day. Also staff are great , especially Daniel 🙌🏻 he was always kind and friendly helping everyone. 10/10 hostel ⭐️
