Naga Angkor Hotel

+ The property was awful. The AC felt like it had never been cleaned and gave me a nasty infection. They try and make you pay extra charges on the end for no reason.

+ Personnel très gentil Grande chambre Piscine bien entretenue

- Une gestion catastrophique de ma réservation J'ai réservé pour 5 nuits et j'ai voulu annuler la dernière nuit, en les prévenant plus de 2 jours en amont et en ayant une confirmation écrite de Booking que je pouvais être remboursé sachant qu'une confirmation orale leur avait été transmise. Dans les faits ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Inadmissible de la part d'un hotel qui se veut de ce standard Je ne dirai rien sur le petit déjeuner, je vous laisse constater par vous même (ou pas)

+ La literie. Grande chambre ( Junior suite ). La localisation hors de l’agitation et du bruit du centre ville ( zone touristique ) mais proche à pieds. Au carrefour des axes majeurs ce qui permet d’accéder aisément à Angkor wat ou au centre ville La propreté

- Personnel pléthorique et fort sympathique mais service inexistant. Je ne vais pas énumérer tous les petits problèmes rencontrés mais il m’a paru évident que le personnel souffrait d’un manque de formation. Dommage car il y a une volonté de bien faire…. Salle de bains peu fonctionnelle avec une douche en plein milieu et sans séparation. À chaque douche la SdB était inondée. Aucune patère ou crochet pour suspendre serviette ou vêtements… Piscine peu engageante, coincée entre des hauts murs…

+ The localisation

- Our experience at the Mony Reach Hotel was truly catastrophic. The check-in process forced us to pay for five nights in advance. To our dismay, the restaurant was closed, a fact revealed moments later by the receptionist. The lack of decoration and an overall dark, creepy vibe made the hotel less than inviting. Breakfast was a nightmare – with unlabeled food items, unhelpful staff, and terrible fruit juices. The absence of à la carte options only added to the disappointment. Staff's attempts to be overly attentive in the lobby left us feeling uncomfortable. Moreover, We are still waiting for each a double bed instead of twin beds To top it off, a suspicion of bedbug infestation arose when my uncle, using a silk pillow to elevate his legs, experienced bites exactly at his feet and legs. Overall, the lack of service and gloomy ambiance left us feeling ripped off. Despite a good location, there are undoubtedly more appealing hotels to choose from. It's evident that staff training is sorely needed at the Mony Reach Hotel.

+ 繁華街から近くて便利だった

- アーリーチェックイン後　部屋で休んでいたところ、誰か（たぶんホテルスタッフ）にドアを開けられて、こちらが声を発したところ慌てて閉じたが、セキュリティ的にとても不安になった。また、出来る限りレイトチェックアウト付きプランで予約したにも関わらず、形ばかりのPC確認後に、予約がフルで出来ないと言われたが、自身で予約サイトを確認してみてもまだまだ予約可能になっていたりと、こちらのホテルに対しては、不信感しか感じなかった。

- Reception ask me $25 when brought girlfriend back to hotel. Breakfast was very bad. Very thing in bain-marie cold very morning and no meat served for breakfast but for vegetarian would be ok but cold every morning

+ La ubicación, era muy cómodo en general y la piscina muy bien.

- - la habitación olía terriblemente a tabaco. Parecía que acabasen de fumar. Por esa razón nos cambiaron a otra que olía exactamente igual. Como todas estaban así (no entendemos por qué ) nos quedamos en la última que nos asignaron. Gastamos perfumes y ambientadores para poder estar porque desde que salíamos de la habitación el olor se hacía inaguantable - los albornoces estaban usados y MUY SUCIOS - Según la oferta del alojamiento hay comidas pero no es cierto. No hay sino desayuno aunque lo oferten como que hay incluso snack bar en la piscina. No hay nada. Lo bueno es que por ubicación puedes comer fuera, cerca, bien y a buen precio. - A tu llegada tienes, como en toda Asia, dos botellas de agua en la habitación que son de libre consumo sin coste. La trampa que pusieron es que añaden dos en la nevera. Con una media de 40 grados centígrados lógicamente coges las dos de la nevera y las otras las pones para que se vayan enfriando. La sorpresa viene al final de tu estancia cuando ves que las de la nevera solo por estar frías te las cobran. Algo que me parece cuanto menos vergonzoso!!

+ It’s close to the center and all the happenings.

- We got a dark room on the first floor with no view (looking to the building next door) - not at all the room that was on the photos. Also bathroom looked completely different, with a shower in the middle of the bathroom. That’s why we needed to shower in the bath. Also the bath curtain had some yellow spots on it. The pool, at least in February, was all day in the shadow which makes the water really cold and not enjoyable.

+ The rooms were fabulous - really nice and helpful staff and the pool was perfect. We were not told prior to booking that there was no breakfast, restaurant, poolside bar or rooftop bar as advertised on booking.com and the hotel website. All closed - so disappointing

- Unfortunately when we arrived we learned there was no access to breakfast, poolside bar, restaurants or rooftop bar. All of these facilities were advertised as open on the hotel website and booking.com however they were all closed which was extremely disappointing. There was no mention prior to booking that all of these facilities were closed. Such a pity considering the hotel is perfect apart from that. We had to shorten our stay here and request a refund. Contact the hotel prior to booking to find out if the facilities are open as they seen to be closed for a long time.

- Lot of mosquitos on balcony that's was very small

+ The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They were always helpful, kind and pleased to see us- nothing was a problem. Felt looked after. The facilities were excellent and we needed for nothing more. It was great to have complimentary bottles of water. Great location.

- Only down side was the sky bar. You don’t need one with the facilities but it was advertised and when we went up there twice it seemed like it was no longer in use and had limited views.

+ Loved everything, however the staff are just amazing. The friendliest staff I think I’ve ever come across.

+ Absolute Empfehlung - wir verbrachten hier 7 Nächte und es war die perfekte Wahl. Mitten im Zentrum, alles wichtige wie der Markt und Restaurants direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist top, mit fanatischen Pool und wunderbaren Essen. Allen voran möchte ich die netten, zuvorkommenden und sehr serviceorientierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in der Vordergrund stellen - dadurch wird der Aufenthalt wirklich etwas besonderes. Vielen Dank!!

+ Tutto: posizione, camere, pulizia delle camere eccellente, staff sempre gentile e sorridente. Avevamo prenotato 4 notti e siamo rimasti 10 notti!
