   The staff was very helpful. They asked us to review the room before we made the payment to make sure everything was okay. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't have any problems. They offered airport drop off for 350 rupees, which is good value. -

   - Staff had reached out ahead of time and spoke with the taxi driver as the hotel was buried inside the block somewhere - Room looked clean (not sure if it actually was) - Location was awful; narrow streets with barely any lights, shady location, very hard to find for the taxi, nobody wanted to go there. - I was taken to another building in the back, not the actual building shown on Booking. The room's windows didn't close properly so I had cold air and noise coming in all night. The towels were very dirty and smelled. - Staff cancelled my booking a few hours after checking me in, which I suspect is to avoid taxes / negative reviews - Didn't take cards for payment

   Nothing was good about this hotel. The location is poor. The photos are fake, the positive reviews are fake. This is a run down place with no maintenance and no cleanliness.

   Clean budget hotel. Clean sheets good breakfast, good dinner. Great staff. Convenient airport stay. Very old noisey A/C. Being pressured into leaving a review before I'd even settled my bill. WIFI passable.

   It’s a nice hotel , one thing I didn’t like is that they asked me to review them every day , other than that it’s a good hotel room is pretty clean considering indian standards A little noise , also they can fix the shower heads

   When I checked out, the front desk or hotel manager asked me to open Booking.com's review page and was trying to tap "exceptional" in all the answers directly with his hand on my phone, which was totally inappropriate. I would like to ask Booking.com to make sure this wouldn't happen with any hotels since this would undermine the credibility of the reviews in general.

   Less than 10 mins from the airport, by taxi. They were super flexible with check-in and check-out timings even at very odd hours. Nice personnel and basic, but sufficient facilities in the room (A/C, hot water, soap, toilet paper, bottled water, etc.). Really good price. I put the high rate because many other hotels in this area have high rates without deserving them (very probably by fake reviews) and this hotel is deserving not to fall behind, cause they do things well. Of course it is a budget hotel with an indian standard, so don't expect any luxury. Also they need to be more careful with cleaning (sheets, shower, etc), but otherwise is quite convenient for one night near the airport!

   I am really happy I found this Hotel, as I was afraid of getting a scam due to many hotels in the area having fake reviews. They provide airport pick-up and drop off service but from the airport you can easily reach it by taking the metro to Aerocity for 20INR and then walk 13min, no need for a taxi. The hotel and the room exceeded our expectations: the room was spotless, bed was really comfortable, you get towels, dental kit, soap and bottles of water. For breakfast there’s an Indian buffet with also coffee, milk, toasted bread with butter/jam and fruit. There’s a 24 hours reception and also dinner service in the room. Bathroom fittings surely need some maintenance but they work. Beware there’s no toilet paper.

   My recent stay at this hotel was far from what I expected, and I’m convinced that many of the glowing reviews online are fake. Don't be lured in by the misleading ratings on Google Maps and TripAdvisor, which seem to have deceived many unsuspecting tourists, including myself. Let me start with the positives – the staff. They were indeed friendly and tried to be accommodating. However, friendliness only goes so far when everything else is subpar. The cleanliness of this hotel was downright unacceptable. The pillow covers had obvious stains and did not appear to have been changed or washed properly before our arrival. It made me question the hygiene standards throughout the room. The bathroom was even worse: filthy, with hair all over the floor, sink, and even the shower. It was clear that housekeeping was cutting serious corners, if they even bothered to clean at all. The bathroom smelled awful, and the floor felt sticky to walk on, which only added to the unpleasantness. Another major issue was the hotel's taxi service, which felt like a blatant rip-off. They charged us three times the normal Uber fare, which was bad enough, but then they sent a ridiculously small car that couldn’t fit both our group and our luggage. We had to cram ourselves in uncomfortably, and it was a far cry from the service you’d expect at any decent hotel. It felt like they were more interested in overcharging tourists than actually providing value. The final straw was realizing that many of the rave reviews on Google Maps and TripAdvisor are clearly fake or paid for. It’s obvious that the management is trying to inflate their ratings to draw in tourists, but don’t fall for it. I was fooled into booking based on these glowing reviews, but the reality was far from what’s being advertised. This hotel’s misleading tactics are unfair to travelers looking for a genuine experience.
