NapPark Hostel at Khao San

Rude people

I had a very disappointing experience with the luggage storage service. My backpack was lost while under their custody, and the support I received was minimal. The staff response was dismissive, the manager was unavailable, and no compensation was offered. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider stay there or using the storage service.

The washroom is so small and not even clean. And on top of that, there’s no jet shower

Worst hostel i’ve stayed at in Thailand after a month. The downstairs smelt so awful though the rooms did smell slightly better. I felt very uncomfortable by a man who seemed to always be laying in the “nap” area in the lobby just staring at people? The rooms were so hot even though they had AC and I had a bottom bunk, the beds also looked dirty and didn’t smell great. All around the vibes were bad and I ended up moving hostels. Worst hostel i have ever been in Old men in the hallway, weird stares and general unsafety Smells like curry everywhere

Zimmer waren nicht sauber, Betten wurden nicht neu bezogen und nach Aufforderung wurde es nur aufgeschüttelt, wobei das Kopfkissen auf den Boden gelegt wurde. Personal zeigte kein Verständnis. Selbst nach Zimmerwechselung war es nicht sauber (Nagel im Bett). Für den Preis nicht okay!

Dortoirs de 20 personnes, lit du bas complètement sur le sol, les draps sont pas changés et pas de rideau !! J’ai pas kiffé l’ambiance après c’est l’ambiance de bangkok… Pas ouf si tu voyage seule et que tu veux faire des rencontre. C’est plus que des mecs qui veulent faire la fête et autres…

A stay full of problems

Not a great hostel. In the middle of khao san and the noise was too much…. Rooms are not sound proof and no aircon in the common areas like locker room and common room….

I regret choosing this as my first hostel in Thailand. The receptionist with many piercings was really unfriendly and unwelcoming. Most of the guests were just sleeping, and it was hard to socialize. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Excellent location. Music stops around 1am (not that it was loud anyway) but they keep the party going into town then Very friendly - planning on going back when I go back to Bangkok

BABY Center and picky are the most lovely and helpful reps I’ve ever met. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Solid spot for budget hostel

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were decent, good location and great value for money. Very chilled vibes for me but also had fun activities to do.

I enjoyed my stay here, plenty of space to relax in the air conditioning or socialise, there’s lots of events to get involved! The bathrooms felt quite unclean. Overall I didn’t mind the stay

Great hostel, no complaints.

This hostel was nice! The rooms were so cold all the time, almost to an uncomfortable degree, but the laundry service was good, and the staff were nice and welcoming, and invited me to come on one of the pub crawls.

I enjoyed this place a lot. Ended up being a great place for me while I was in Bangkok. The staff were very welcoming and also helpful if anything came up.

The location and party atmosphere are excellent. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing, as there appeared to be a bias in how guests were treated. It felt like preferential treatment was given to white guests over Asian guests, which impacted the overall experience.

To be fait we went during Songkran so maybe it’s usually better. However, it took 2 hours to check in. There is only one main room and it is small and smells of mold and was NASTY. The beds are so close together and very uncomfortable. The whole roomed smelled like rotten eggs and humidity so much that my clothes never dried in 3 days and left smelling atrocious. The staff was alright, we went to meet people, but as it turns out we met people through songkran and not the hostek soooo

The dorms are sooo nice. Best sleep I had in Thailand. Perfect locations. We went to the Thai boxing event, hosted by the hostel, which was so nice. It’s a big hostel and the commonarea and dorms are not in the same building and the hostel is quite big, so it was a big difficult to hang and be social.

Would highly recommend nap park. Good culture

Great hostel with incredibly friendly staff. Baby in particular stands out. His energy is on another level and meeting him was a real highlight for me. And the DJ from Lisbon was cute & played good music!

I loved it at NapPark Hostel! The events were great and the people too. My highlight was Baby, he was the best :)

Viajaba solo y fue un acierto brutal. Cama super cómoda y todo bastante limpio. Zona exquisita con mucho ambiente y diversión. una sala común donde conocía a alguien nuevo cada 5 segundos. BRUTAL ♥️♥️

We booked in thoughts that it was a sociable hostel to meet lots of people and activities going on in the evening. We arrived and got put into the building across from the road which was fine until we realised no one had communicated any sort of bar crawls etc to our side of the hostel and didn’t realise until we went out on our own thinking nothing was going on and missed the pub crawl the entire hostel went to. The place was nice and clean just no communication between sides of the hostel.
