El lugar es lindo y las habitaciones son cómodas, pero la atención dejó mucho que desear. Llegué en un momento de cambio de personal y, reiteradas veces, quedamos los huéspedes a cargo del hostel, sin funcionarios en recepción. Vini fue siempre excelente, pero la voluntaria nos trató de mala gana, no colaborando cuando lo solicitábamos y siendo a menudo grosera con todos. Su actitud generó un ambiente tenso, distando mucho de la calidez y la buena onda que se espera que haya en un hoste...
The location is lovely and the rooms are comfortable, but the attention left much to be desired. i arrived at a time of change of staff and, repeatedly, we were left the guests in charge of the hostel, with no officials at the reception. vini was always excellent, but the volunteer treated us reluctantly, not cooperating when we requested it and often being rude to everyone. her attitude generated a tense atmosphere, distancing us much from the warmth and good vibe that is expected in a hostel.
