Whoopers Hostel Manali

+ Hotel was closed with nobody to attend in the reception, calls made to enquire wasn’t picked so we had to look for other hotels

- Complete hotel was closed with not even a single light switched on

+ Location

- Rest everything was very disappointing. Do not fall for good rating we made this mistake and suffered whole day even in morning. No wifi, issue with water supply in morning. No 24*7 service as mentioned in Airbnb as well.

- Heavy construction noise, room felt kind of old and rundown.

+ The rooms were spacious. They were able to do early checkin

- There is no connectivity or approaching road to the hostel. You need to hike for 15 minutes to get to the nearby market The kitchen was not clean, there was open flour, rice, used utensils all over the kitchen It takes about 2 hours in traffic to reach the hotel from the mall road, when it is only 2.5 km away.

+ It was away from the city's hustle-bustle and peaceful stay.

- The staff was not informed and available for the services. Also the food was average.

+ View from property is good, and it is in quiet locality. Budget stay option.

- 1. Road to the property is rough, and filled with open drainage lines which smell bad. 2. Reception is mostly unanswered. 3. Need to give multiple followups for basic stuff - towels, soaps etc. highly unorganised. 4. The hostel “vibe” is clearly missing. Zostel and hosteller are much more professional.

+ The stay was very good and the staff behaviour was very polite … And rohit bhai munish bhai nature is also very good Must visit this place

- Ambience and the gaming area

+ The property is one of the coziest properties in Manali. The location is easy to find, and the best part is its situated in between apple orchards. The view from the balcony is also very nice, overlooking the Manali valley. We enjoyed the food, and had a great time socialising with other hostellers during movie and bonfire nights. Overall highly recommended!

- Highly recommend. The best stay in Old Manali. Affordable and gets the luxury feeling compared to other properties we have seen here. Food is great.

+ The location of the hotel is not very convenient. Google Maps shows a confusing route that goes around unnecessarily. The staff at the property is very helpful. Mr. Harish Kumar provided exceptional support during our visit. Our car broke down near Manu Temple. I called the hotel, and Mr. Harish answered the call. He came to the spot, drove our car himself, and brought us safely to the hotel. Mr. Harish Kumar is a truly kind-hearted person. We stayed there for three days. The experience felt like staying with family. I will definitely stay with Mr. Harish again on my next visit to Manali.

- The location shown on Google Maps is not accurate. It takes you through a longer and confusing route. The actual hotel is in a different place than what appears on the map. First-time visitors may find it difficult to reach without local help. Proper signboards or an updated map pin would make it easier to find.

+ We were four friends visiting Manali looking for a place that felt like family and we found that feeling at ArtBuzz Manali. The food was delicious and the front office team was very warm and welcoming. A big thanks to Mr. Harish Bhaiya ji, who made everything special and made us feel at home. Truly a memorable stay
