- - Chef wollte sämtliche Gebühren für erfundene Zusatzleistungen - Eidechsen kamen zu sämtlichen Öffnungen des Zimmers hinein - unglaublicher Gestank im Bad - Schimmel an den Wänden - Lampe ging über Nach nicht aus - man musste also die Hauptsicherung rausnehmen - Keinen Abfluss im Bad, sondern lediglich ein Loch im Boden, durch welches sämtliche Tiere in das Bad eindringen - Sauberkeit absolut mangelhaft!

- Mein Gepäck wurde vor Check out zusammen gepackt und aus dem Zimmer gebracht. Ich war 2 Nächte auf einer anderen Insel. Als ich um 10:30 Uhr kam war schon alles geräumt.. 11 Uhr ist Check Out

- Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. El bungalow estaba en malas condiciones, lleno de insectos, y sufrí varias picaduras en la espalda. Tuvimos que irnos la primera noche a otro hotel porque era imposible quedarse. A pesar de todo, no nos ofrecieron ayuda, alternativa ni reembolso. No lo recomiendo.

- Disappointing Experience at OK2 Mamajim Bungalows I had a very disappointing experience at OK2 Mamajim Bungalows. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, but that was where it ended. The room was downright filthy: moldy shower walls, a ceiling held up with tape, huge dust bunnies under the beds, cockroaches in the shower, and a dirty toilet. The linens were stained and the towels were covered in spots. The textiles were clearly outdated and in urgent need of replacement. Outside, the garden was poorly maintained, with a lot of litter, and it resembled more of a storage area for old toilets and demolition debris than a well-kept environment. Additionally, I had issues with the scooter I rented there. A simple screw was missing from the phone holder’s mount. Instead of resolving this issue in a normal manner, I was met with an aggressive attitude from an older lady and the staff, and I was unjustly charged 500 THB. The lady wanted everything to be brand new. I would suggest starting with the accommodation. That should be your top priority. In short, despite the beautiful location, I cannot recommend this place at all. The unprofessional behavior of the staff, the poor hygiene, and the outdated facilities significantly spoiled my stay.

- La limpieza no existe, hay cucarachas corriendo por el Bungalows , tenía tres noches y la.primera ya me quería ir

- Katastrophaler Aufenthalt. Wahrscheinlich meine schlechteste Unterkunft die ich je gebucht habe. Im Zimmer waren über 10 Kakerlaken. Die Tür und der Ventilator war kaputt und ich wurde als Gast von den Angestellten angeschrien als ich mich beschwert habe.

+ ACHTUNG. ATTENTION. Sieht zwar sehr gut aus aber die Bungalows sind heruntergekommen und es wimmelt vor Kakerlaken. Als wir dann aus checken wollten wurden wir angeschrien und das Geld haben wir auch nicht zurückbekommen. Lohnt nicht nicht. Looks very good, but the bungalows have run down and are teeming with cockroaches. When we wanted to check out, we were yelled at and we didn't get the money back either. It's not worth it.

+ Location was spectacular beautiful bay

- Filthy bathroom, fan was caked with dust, bed sheets and towels were dirty and old there was no toilet paper.

- It wasn't clean, and their laundry service costs double the price compared to the city. They destroyed my clothes. I had to catch the ferry the same day the laundry was returned, so I couldn't go back and show them what they had done. All of my white clothes came back grey and stained, and some of my coloured clothes were damaged as well. Most of the items that went through their laundry service had to be thrown in the bin because they were no longer wearable.

+ Fantastisk och hjälpsam personal. Ett av dem bästa tänkbara lägena på Koh Tao, fantastisk snorkling och en bra strandbar nere vid badstegen. Vällagad mat och generösa portioner på hotellets restaurang.

- En del skräp på hotellområdet, strandbaren var tråkigt nog rätt dåligt städad.

+ Great spot near to other places and the famous Shark Bay. Staff are excellent although ‘opening hours’ are rather short for a resort

- It’s very very old and in need of some TLC. The bungalows are dark, some have windows that open and some don’t, some have hammocks some don’t and the general level of cleanliness needs to be better. Towels and ‘duvets’, hmmmmm

+ Emplacement idéal pour le Snorkeling. La vue est magnifique. Très ombragé. On a apprécié la climatisation qui n'était pas dans le descriptif.

- L'accès à la mer n'est vraiment pas adapté pour les enfants. Assez dangereux. Lits durs et salles de bain mériteraient un sol mieux que du béton lavé.

+ Todo. No entiendo las reseñas negativas, el mejor alojamiento donde he estado en todo Koh Tao. La gente paga por venir a esta zona a hacer snorkel y si duermes aquí tienes el mejor sitio para ver tortugas y tiburones de toda la isla y gratis. Los bungalows son rústicos pero para nosotros ha sido un lujo, donde hemos estado 7 noches. La cama es muy cómoda y nos tocó el bungalow frente al mar, donde durmiendo podías escuchar el rugir de las olas. Las vistas desde el bungalow son espectaculares, y contemplar el amanecer o el atardecer desde el porche es alucinante. Es verdad que hay escaleras, pero a no ser que tengas problemas con las rodillas o seas bastante mayor, no son para tanto.

+ Emplacement exceptionnel sur Shark Bay, vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse. Le mobilhome est sommaire mais confortable !

- La couverture pour dormir qui était une serviette de bain, mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, nous n’avons pas utilisé la moustiquaire car elle était pleine de poussière.

+ We started our Koh Tao snorkelling trip with two nights here, as it was a good price and close to Shark Bay. My girlfriend was here once before, and she praised it for being literally on the shore enabling us to snorkel early and late, and rest midday when all the tourist boats arrive. We had bungalow 21 or 23, and it was by the rocks and sea, really cool. Very simple bungalow, if you expect luxury or expect much for this price, go somewhere else. If you love a simple accommodation for snorkeling and beautiful sunrise/sunsets, and dont mind some wildlife visiting, this is for you. We did not see any cockroaches or other bugs, though. The staff was lovely, they helped us with taxi and they even reopened briefly when closing to let us buy some beers and water. It is also walking distance (10 mins) to Freedom Beach, which we visited one day when Shark Bay was closed due to rough sea, and Freedom Beach is perfect for calm snorkelling with ALOT of beautiful fish, even 2 meter into the water.

- Two things we didnt expect was that the waves from the sea was very loud. We love the sea, but being so close to the rocks was intense. It was a new experience, feeling like were in a ship cabin in a storm. Unfortunately we didnt sleep so well due to that plus there was only one fan attached high up. One more fan would have helped. Next time, if available, we would book AC just so we can get more rest in night and midday, to spend energy on the turtles, sharks and fish :)

+ La vue sur la mer, la possibilité de faire du snorkeling juste en dessous du bungalow, la ptite terrasse, les ventilateurs, le lit, le personnel qui nous a porté les valises.

- C'était un peu la tempête, dormir au dessus de l'eau c'est sympa mais la nuit ça peut faire beaucoup de bruit! Apres on était le bungalow le plus avancé sur l'eau.. On n'avait pas d'eau chaude en arrivant mais il suffisait de réenclencher la.gachette, sinon leur signaler et ils viennent s'en charger. Les abords des escaliers pourraient être nettoyés (dechets).

+ Die Shark Bay ist schön zum Schnorcheln, dort gibt es viele schöne Fische. Aber es gibt viel bessere Hotels in der direkten Umgebung.

- Ratten, Kakerlaken, Müll und eine Hütte ohne Klimaanlage die extrem nach Lack oder Benzin gerochen hat :( schlecht ausgestattet und instabil und vor allem: nicht sauber. Da gibt es für ein wenig mehr Geld wirklich viel bessere Hotels hier! Außerdem steile gefährliche Treppen und Uringeruch auf dem Gelände.

+ Mega Lage. Fühlte sich an wie Thailand vor 30 Jahen, jedoch mit Internet, warmem Wasser und bequemen Betten!
