Die betten sind voll mit Bettwanzen, es wird nicht auf Hygiene geachtet!!!

Die betten haben Bettwanzen, man wird gebissen ohne ende.

Bed bugs in my bed, got bit very badly and moved rooms and then got bed bugs there too..staff were very helpful with this and cleaned my clothes of no extra cost and apologised. Bathrooms got clogged one of the days and the only other one was on the next floor. Kitchen is tiny and hard to use. Felt uncomfortable in this hostel, not sure what it was. A friend of mine stayed one night and on that night one of the guys staying in her room came in, and started masturbating in the 4 bed room even after she had seen him and he had seen her. Very horrible and my poor friend was traumatised.

They said that the area will be quiet at 10:00 but unfortunately it didn’t even i called them twice and sent booking messages and talked them. The staff were laughing and chatting with the people at midnigt. I had early flight and informed them several times. They didn’t want to be quiet. They were really noisy. Also there were bedbugs in the room and my duvet wasnt clean. There was a dead flies on it. I paid them to sleep but couldn’t.

Dirty, bed bugs, awful smell in the room, bathroom dirty as well.

Ich würde niemandem dieses Hostel empfehlen. Die Betten und Bettwäsche waren dreckig und es gab Bettwanzen!! Im Zimmer war es nachts unfassbar heiß, aber das Fenster aufzumachen war aufgrund des angrenzden S-Bahnhofs lautstärketechnisch unmöglich. In der Gegend um das Hostel habe ich mich tagsüber, aber vor allem nachts nicht sicher gefühlt (als junge Frau und allein war es sehr gruselig)! Außerdem sind die Duschen nur mit einem Vorhang zu verschließen, während der Aufenthaltsraum direkt angrenzend ist, wo
