Room 22 Hostel - near Chinatown

This was probably one of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed at! There was a legit hole in my door for several days! I had two people open my bed curtain while I was in bed and one of these was the hostel staff. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and ur provided with like a towel blanket and a inflatable pillow but the bed being uncomfortable wasn’t that big of a deal in comparison to everything else!

Paymemt with hostelworld didnt work, had to ask 2 other friends. When I arrived, I was lucky that the woman at the reception was still there, she was about to leave, I wouldn't have come in at 21.30. She was very friendly, the beds are quite hard but it's a good atmosphere, maybe because nobody else was there ^^

Clean and nice staff, very calm not social but that was fine. Beds big but Matrass and pillow soooo hard we are struggling with neck and back pain now. Nice that you have lockers and curtains

Without a doubt, this was the hardest mattress I’ve encountered since that time I slept on the cement floor of a Bulgarian train station in January. I wouldn’t say that it was the worst pillow I’ve ever come across because I’m not 100% sure it WAS a pillow — it was more like a concrete patio slab. On a positive note, the whole place was absolutely spotless and the AC worked wonderfully. I gave it low marks for Atmosphere as I saw just ONE other person and he didn’t speak when I sa...

This hostel didn't really have much of a social atmosphere (I think because there isn't that much space to just hang out). But it was still a good place to stay. It's very close to Chinatown, but not to loud. It was very clean. I found it pretty strange that showers and toilets were in the same room (so also one toilet with the water for the shower in one room). When I asked to change my room, becuase someone in my room was snorching loadly, they helped me without any problem :)

so far one of the best hostel I have stayed. Good location in Chinatown, a bit distant from city center but it can be easily reached via Subway or (my case 25 minutes of walk). The room was clean, well "air-conditioned", it might be a bit cold due to AC but extra balnket can be always requested bu the staff. Will definitely stay here again, once I'll be back in Bangkok.

This is a great spot if you are looking for a quiet place. The rooms are clean and beds are big and private. There’s also free coffee, tea and bread. The vibes are pretty funky from an aesthetic perspective. Not a very social place if that’s important.

Hostel confortable, propre, calme, et bien situé ! Personnel adorable. Le point négatif est la couverture qui est une serviette de douche...

Un hostel muy bueno especialmente por la gente que te atiende No saben mucho ingles, pero hacen para entenderse. No dudéis en alojaros aqui, todo muy limpio

hostel is good to sleep, staff is super helpful. Located close to Chinatown is good to move around taking the MRT line and also the train station Hua Lamphong. The beds are private with the curtains and super clean, is getting cleaned very often during the day. So if you are looking for a place to have a "base" in Bangkok I definetly recommended!

Solid hostel, big beds and good air conditioning. Not social but good place to stay in Bangkok if you’re looking for a private, pod-like bed.

This hostel didn't really have much of a social atmosphere (I think because there isn't that much space to just hang out). But it was still a good place to stay. Large hostel with good location in china town. For some reason the reception closes at 5 but I was let in when I let then know ahead of time. Very clean and nice. My only gripe would be that the pillows were rather uncomfortable and the blankets were pretty much just large bath towels.

Great hostel. Kind stuffs and clean rooms. I recommend here if you visit china town in Bangkok
