- Dont even think about staying here. Horrible motel has nothing to do with the photos they add to the booking. Rooms are old and not maintained, location is really far from the city centre (1h approx) and the district itslef is really hard to escape (only via car/scooter). The bed is insanely hard. I can't sleep on it at all. Stong odor from the river nearby. And nobody will refund you anything if you dont like it there. The only good part is a really freindly personel (some of them).

- На реснпшене сидело что то недовольное. Все грязное. Все старое и потертое. Не рекомендует ориентироваться на фото.

- Chambre remplie de cafards, c’est sale, taches sur les draps, poils pubiens sur la cuvette et dans le lit, rideaux cassés,…

- The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Extremely deceiving.

+ It seemed okay when we checked in. It was morning so it was bright and smelled clean. The maid had just finished cleaning before we checked in early!

- After we showered that evening and was ready for sleep a bug with many legs was in the bed! I took a video of it sitting under my pillow and we packed and went to ask for a refund! No refund... This was not what I signed up for!

- Kast viel bijna van de muur af, servies met etensresten, balkon vol met vogelpoep, stoelen allemaal kapot en gevaarlijk. Airco kapot, geen vervangende Kamer beschikbaar na aanvraag. Kansloos hotel. เป็นโรงที่แย่ที่สุดสกปรก​สุดๆ

- Tudo. Reservamos um quarto triplo, onde era mencionado que tinha uma cama extra, mas a cama extra é um colchão de yoga no chão. Ridículo. De salientar que este quarto é mais caro, e uma das pessoas terá de dormir no chão … falamos com o funcionário que disse que era assim e que nada poderia fazer. Ar condicionado com um barulho horrível impossível de se ter ligado o que é impensável visto ao calor que se faz sentir dentro do quarto.

+ Das Hotel war sauber, auch noch modern und noch nicht abgewöhnt. Ich war sehr zufrieden dort. Würde dort auch wieder übernachten.

- Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig ohne Auto. Man kann aber über eine Stichstrasse na, ca. 400m zum seven 11 und Essrestaurants kommen.

+ I spent two months in Q Space and I was really happy to have made this choice. With a friendly staff, comfortable rooms, perfect cleaning and in a very quiet place in Bangkok, I was really happy of those two months

+ The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 2 big water bottles and coffee given everyday.

- The bed was hard but definitely not impossible to sleep on it. The locations is not the greatest but is manageable, with a 7-11 just a 10 minute walk away. however is around 10km away from anything major.

+ We booked this accommodation after our initial plans had changed. It was cheap, comfortable and had everything we needed. the airconditioning worked, the showers were hot and the bedding clean.

- The only regret we had, was that it's quite a walk from the train station to explore the rest of Bangkok, especailly at night when returning late and full of beer! We had booked here knowing this full well, that we would have this walk daily from and to the accommodation, so no real downside to this property if aware of the walk!

- Leider hatten wir durch Insektizide nach einer Nacht starke Kopfschmerzen und Müdigkeit, sodass wir uns kaum noch im Zimmer aufgehalten haben

+ Excellent room very good size with surprisingly large balcony room cleaned every day with fresh bedding and clean towels

- Was located at the end of a soi from main road where you can get a Baht bus to nearest MRT station

+ Good location and the size of bedrooms are good

- The beds and pillows are not comfortable. Very hard!

+ The facility is situated in a convenient location approximately one kilometer from the MRT Blue Line, set within a quiet and reputable neighborhood. While the room service is satisfactory, operating twice daily and providing bottled water upon request, guests should remain vigilant regarding the property's strict policy on damages. It is highly recommended to conduct a thorough inspection upon arrival and immediately report any pre-existing issues to management, as there is a significant risk of being fined for damages not caused by the tenant.

- The management maintains an exceptionally rigid policy regarding check-in times, strictly enforcing a 300 THB fee for arriving even one minute prior to the scheduled hour. While the facility operates smoothly for those who adhere strictly to the established timetable, there is a notable lack of flexibility concerning guest requests or scheduling adjustments. Consequently, it is imperative that guests arrive precisely on time to avoid unnecessary surcharges.

+ The room was clean and big. In good location not too busy, nice quiet to relax there but still in short distance to get the underground transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

- We had our clothes washed by the hotel and we didn't really like how they where washed my trousers where still dirty and they smelt a little damp like they hadn't been dried properly so I would just say get your clothes washed somewhere else. Also you can't smoke on the balcony of your rooms you have to go down to reception area. Apart from them two things excellent hotel would stay here again if ever in bangkok.

- Leider kamen Abflussfliegen und Larven aus einem Rohr im Bad, aber für den Preis war es super
