Baan Tanwa - Mrt Ratchadaphisek

- Basically nothing. When I arrived on the parking place the is a sing that you have to walk through a builduing. No proper sign where put to mark you way to the reception. I found a room where 3 women were sitting. Not very friendly or welcoming. You have to pay another 500 baht key deposit. She I arrived at the room it was the 2nd worst room in my 20 year travel history. Nothing was cleaned. I just took my backpack after having maybe a 5min look around. Asked for my key deposit and maybe some of my payment which got denied. Ordered another Grab and left without knowing where I will stay on my last 5 nights in Bangkok. Absolutely horrible.

+ Close to the MRT station and 7/11 Nice balcony to dry clothes on Pool was clean

- ANTS everywhere, in the bathroom, on the floor in the room Staff seemed quite rude Shower broken and comes out the wall, had to push the nail back into the wall daily Dust under the bed, staff only made beds did not clean or change the linens on the bed Shower only dispensed cold water Downstairs bathroom dirty, no hand soap and bugs come out of the tap when you turn it on

- النظافه سيئه وجود الحشرات لا يوجد موضفين استقبال لا يوجد خدمات لا يوجد اي تواصل مع موضفين الفندق المكتب يقلق ساعه 7 مساء وبعد ذالك دبر نفسك

- 非常差 设施陈旧，马桶是坏的 一直有流水声，整个晚上都没有睡好，办理入住时 有个微胖的女人，眼神非常不友好，极度讨厌。整个泰国的行程中。这个女的是我 见过最不友好的 泰国人。 我是客人 办理入住 莫名其妙的拉长一个臭脸是什么意思？？？？ 真恶心 ， 垃圾酒店

- แอร์ไม่เย็นเลย นอนเหงื่อแตก ร้อนมากๆๆๆๆๆๆนำ้ก็ไม่ไหล เป็นการพักผ่อนที่เลวร้ายที่สุด

- Nous sommes retournés une nuit à la fin de notre séjour pour récupérer 3 articles laissés à l'hôtel pour ne pas nous encombrer... 2 articles disparus . La gérante est très mal aimable.

- 服務態度非常冷淡，一樓泳池邊蚊子很多，位置位於住宅區，附近道路非常狹小，走去捷運站路上車多很危險，附近有個小夜市，傍晚開始會有人用擴音器叫賣，總而言之是不會再訪的旅店

- في رائحه كريه وصور مطابق اللون فقط الغرف صغيره الحمام اصغر وريحه كريه جدا والفندق كله ممرات مثل حواري صغيره تحس بسجن ويجود حشرات وبرعصيه كثيره صراصير ونمل والاصوات الغرف الاجنبك لايصلح للعائلات وفيه شي غريب قليل عليه سيئ بل وصخ جدا

+ We stayed at the villa. Some things are good, some less, but nothing can make up for what happened on the last night. Read below.

- On the last night of our stay, as I put my hand on the window to slide it, it simply popped out of the frame, dropped 3 meters down and smashed into the pool, where a family with kids were swimming. Only by a miracle nobody was hurt. I can't describe how distraught I was that Baan Tanwa's negligence had almost caused me to kill someone (if that window hit someone, especially a child, God forbid). The next day, the staff acted as if none of this had happened. We spent our last night without a window, but that'smy least concern. They did not talk to us, needless to say apologized. I can only hope they had at least apologized to the family at the pool. This kind of negligence is borderline criminal.

- Very unfriendly personel, asked for a 5000 deposit for the key. The room was full of rubbish from the last guests. Its 1h away from everything.

- Not that clean, floor was sticky and duvet cover was stained

+ Bardzo blisko metra i targu. Cicho, basen, dużo antyków, winda. Darmowa kawa i herbata w lobby. Miła obsługa. W pokoju dostępne ręczniki, chusteczki, darmowa woda butelkowana, kubek i czajnik. Darmowe kosmetyki w łazience

- Na wstępie trzeba zapłacić kaucję. I nic w tym złego jeżeli jesteś na początku podróży, bo ja końcówce jest problem, chyba że planujesz kolejną wizytę w Tajlandii. W aneksie kuchennym w pokoju brak sztućców, płynu do naczyń i gąbki żeby cokolwiek umyć

+ De kamer was ruim en proper. De ligging is best ver van het historische centrum maar dicht bij de metro waardoor het toch vlot bereikbaar is. Het lag in een heel authentieke buurt. De kamer werd elke dag gepoetst. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

- Het zwembadwater was niet proper. Het stonk en onze zoon kreeg een allergische reactie aan zijn huid van het water

+ Very close to MRT about 7 min walk. Easy check in and was able to upgrade to 2 bedroom for a decent fee. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Small balcony only to dry your clothes. Good size swimming pool. We had a comfortable stay.

- One of the bathroom had very worn shower head . Water was sprinkling through all ends of the pipes. They definitely need replacing ASAP.

+ The pool, the bed, the view, the staff, everything was great as usual!

+ Very cute was sceptic at the entrance but they are lovely .. I love the warning for the dogs even if my friends decided to ignore it.. Room is ok and comfy near 7/11 and a market

+ Tout près du MRT, du coup hyper pratique pour se déplacer.. Etablissement familial, ambiance calme et tranquille... Les chambres sont bien équipées et confo. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et aidants, merci à eux.

- L'eau de la piscine est un peu froide (et pas tres bien filtrée)

+ Rooms were fresh and clean. Cleaners do a great job. Reasonably priced, close to food market and places to eat. Close to train station, about 20min to Bangkok Center on this.

- The dogs, my son was bitten on his ankle by one as he went in to hand passport on check in. And they do poo around the pool/seating for food area. No interaction from staff, just handed key and told “601” we did attempt to make conversation throughout the stay but gave up after a few failed attempts. We felt like we was in there way as we sat by the pool. No real seating area by pool just a couple of chairs.

+ Чисто, бассейн хороший, но почти всегда в тени. Рядом найт маркет с вкусной и не дорогой едой , поесть можно на территории отеля

+ Chambre 4 personnes propre et spacieuse. Nous avons aimé l'espace piscine après une journée dans la chaleur de Bangkok, le petit marché traditionnel à 2 pas.

- Matelas un peu dur

+ Close to Train line. Easy checkin. Good parking area. 711 close by. Big rooms and big fridge.

+ Очень удобно и недорого для такого номера. Есть спорт инвентарь. Бесплатный чай/кофе Персонал хороший, антураж тоже)) Недалеко от метро. Рекомендую если останавливаетесь в Бангкоке на долго Тут даже есть мыло!

- В номере была ужасная раковина, невозможно руки помыть, слишком маленький кран. Но в кухонной зоне номера была отдельная раковина с хорошим краном! Я бы ещё поставил микроволновку на этажи
