- 1. В хостеле постельное бельё не поменяли после предыдущих постояльцев. Я об этом сообщил сотруднику хостела. Он предложил переселиться в другую комнату. Там тоже оказалось бельё грязное и помятое, можно сделать вывод, что тоже не поменяли бельё. Сотрудник предложил другую комнату. Там ТОЖЕ БЕЛЬЁ НЕ ПОМЕНЯНО. И так ВО ВСЕХ пустующих комнатах. Чистого белья в хостеле просто не оказалось. Сотрудник не смог заменить на чистое бельё. Пришлось одну ночь провести на подушке, которая пропитана соплями, потом и слюнями других жильцов. Заселился поздно вечером, поэтому на овербукинг не было времени. Одну ночь пришлось ночевать в этом свинарнике 2. Душ и туалет находятся на другом этаже СОВЕТ ДРУГИМ ГОСТЯМ: перед заселением проверяйте постельное белье! Если окажется грязным требуйте замену белья!
- Never choose this place if you are not local. Nobody is helpful and they treat you like a real outsider instead of giving warm welcome. I didnt complete my stay here. This place and people are colder than Siberia itself. Such a pitty...
- The managers never try to help you at all. No humanity just like robots. They dont even care to help with any guidance or whatsoever. They made me feel like extra extra foreigner instead of a hostel vibe. Also just so you know if you have a card problem or in your banking system, money doesnt work in this hostel. They simply tell you to get out even if you have 100 usd bill with you. I will never ever come back

- They have bedbugs. I asked them if the issue was resolved, they said it was. Turns out my private room # 22 did have bedbugs. I even captured one in a water glass and brought it to reception. The poor staff member left in charge messaged management but nobody responded. I sent a message to the hostel via booking.com and nobody responded. I am very disappointed and disgusted.

Amazing hostel! Mingle is the best hostel in Kuala Lumpur! They have actually three Hostels (Highstreet, Lekiu and Chinatown) - each one with a nice coffee shop. The Lekiu one has a pool open 24h, which is great! Every day they organize events for guests (like pub crawl or a dinner with Malaysian food). The hostel is very clean - and very day in the morning they clean it and the staff is very nice. There is a free coffee and tea for the guests and discounts in the cafe. You can also make laundry

Hubo un lío con el aire acondicionado, pero todo solucionado, muy bonito el bar, y la zona común, sin embargo, la habitación es muy encerrada, y se siente mucho olor a humedad.
There was a problem with the air conditioning, but everything is fixed, very nice the bar, and the common area, however, the room is very enclosed, and it smells a lot of humidity.

- No community in High street Mingle. You need to visit the other associated hostels (Chinatown mingle or Lekiu Mingle) to join the community.

Showers/toilets were really dirty most of the time and room had bad smell whole time. Bed was ok.

It was ok! But there where some things we were disappointed in. It isn’t mentioned that the hostel actually is separated into two buildings apart from each other. Where we stayed we couldn’t access the pool but had to go to the other building - which was not so convenient. However the other building seemed to be really nice to stay at, more equipped and more social atmosphere - so it was just unfortunate for us.

first and foremost I want to give a big applause to the staff, you were incredibly friendly and accommodating. when unforeseen problems occurred they made sure they were fixed immediately. I did like the atmosphere and the setting in an old building. There was a very clear and attractive setting overall, discounts on the cafe downstairs and clean cosy rooms. a little bit of roadworks just outside which I guess is just temporary, but they offer free earplugs. Would stay again!
+ The free coffee and the aesthetics of the place was amazing! The friendly people at the cafe were so sweet and welcoming..the place itself has so much character...it's like a vintage heaven with modern amenities! Would love to revisit.
