+ i choose this hotel because i saw on social media that this hotel has parking.
- sadly, during the day i stay there is no parking like how it used to be mentioned on social media. plus i need to pay rm30 extra for outside parking with urine smells at the parking lots. the hotel did not pay for outside parking. bukit bintang is a crowded place and very hard to find a great place that we can trust for our vehicle safety.
+ Very small room and the price high. Not worth it all

- 房間非常的髒，半夜會有蟑螂出沒請把行李箱關起來鎖緊，廁所很潮濕，冷氣很大聲隔音很差，非常不推薦！附近有更多其他的選擇

- The problem is, the aircond is totally not cold. Switch select 16'c, but room temp is at around 20'c only! Yet we pay up at RM476++ using Booking.Com app, which is almost 25% price higher then other hotel booking platform. To the management of hotel, kindly check on the room aircond, its really hot, because the system fan is not powerful thus, causing the room temp not circulating. And I book a king size bed, end up I stay at a small corner unit room with Queen sized bed ie. 404. The room is without window shade, thus causing totally upset stay, the sunlight go to the room!

- The room was so dirty and filthy with cockroaches seen at night. The bath towels were dirty. The room walls and ceiling were dirty. I booked for 7 nights, but left after one night. I even requested for a refund but no reply received as at now. It was a nightmare and turned our family vacation into a nightmare...fortunate I found a better hotel but at my entire costs...How far can booking.com consider for a compensation accordingly?

+ None. This hotel was sucks. The room air conditioner was not cold enough. Water supply in the toilet was not strong enough. The worst part was their bidet. Sometimes theres water sometimes none.

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in KL. It’s well managed, clean and organised. It is a good place for a short workation too. Highly recommended.
Really nice hostel. Social in a chill way with lots of free organised activities in the daytime and evenings. Nice communal areas with free tea and coffee and fridge for your own food. Beds were comfy and facilities were all really clean with female only bathrooms too. No lockers but whole place felt very safe. Perfect for my first stop as a solo traveller!
Had a great stay here! It was the perfect amount of social and they had a lot of events/tours so it was easy to meet people. Only negative feedback was that the 4 person female room was a bit stuffy (but the beds were comfy and super clean!) and the shared bathrooms could’ve been cleaner.
The location is great and the rooms are fine. However, it is very noisy. My room was facing the busy street and it was as if the streetmusicians were performing in my room. You could also hear the people in the common area. Didn't get much sleep.
Great hostel right in the centre of KL. Staff were really lovely, and it's so handy that they're about 24/7. Dorms were comfy with great beds, there are multiple lockers available but you need your keycard to get into the room so it felt very secure regardless. Showers were hot, and theres a common room on every floor (3) which was great if you wanted somewhere communal with various vibes. LG floor was comfy and quiet but there was a damp smell throughout, that's really all I can fault them on.
value for money
We booked a private room, the room had a rather large odour of damp upon entry and the staff turned the fan on (to stop us noticing I believe) - Long story short, we got a little bit sick probably from the damp. The room was opposite the prayer room so would be interested to see if it is still damp. Overall a fantastic location (100m from the MRT with a maccies and the centre of the city next door.)
Nice hostel, great location near tube and bukit bintang. Hostel has many nice and social volunteers and offers nice activities. Quite social, not party vibes, but you can def if you want to. It can be a bit noisy, you cannot fully sit up right in bed if you’re tall and the rooms are quite small so not a lot of room for belongings and lockers are outside of the room. One of the volunteer had all her stuff all over the room so no room for other people their stuff. Would still recommend!
Amazing location, room is pretty small but it is clean in the 6 bed female dorm. The toilet and bathroom is a bit dirty
Private rooms for an amazing price and location, which you honestly can't beat. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!
