My Hotel @ Sentral

+ Location but it’s not worth it

- We left before 3am and decided to sleep at the airport and wait for our flight The reason behind it was incredible noise - party next to the building in the restaurant that is open 24/7 I guess (at the check in we asked for quiet room and were offered another one but it was humid and claustrophobic with no window so we chose the one with the street view) And… COCKROACHES !! We killed about 6 of them and they were coming out from under the bed and fridge - tragic ! We decided to leave :(

- Everything was worse

- Everything was so bad that I had to cancel my four night stay and changed the hotel and accept to pay one night penalty! so noisy so uncomfortable bad shower shared with toilet space tiny room without window

+ Location is Center of the city.

- Very small rooms, AC not working properly, toilet locks not functioning, overall don’t recommend this for family stay or couples.

+ Location is good, but there are many other alternatives nearby

- Room was not as advertised in the pictures, tiny, you can smell cigarette smoke coming though the vents of other rooms, bathroom tiny barely space to brush your teeth never mind shower. Worst part, no window. We booked a delux queen room. We decided to leave even though we paid, the staff weren't much bothered I messaged to say I was leaving and I got one reply "ok" . Maybe we were just unlucky with the specific room..I don't like giving such a bad review but I've never had to leave somewhere before.

- Las fotos y las instalaciones nada que ver con la realidad,un hotel mas tirando a pensión.super pequeña y sucia

- Camera nu corespunde cu ce este pe site. Curatenia lasa de dorit foarte mult. Ni s-a dat o camera diferita fata de cea rezervata, inferioara, fara fereastra si mirosea a tigara in camera. Am solicitat alta camera si ni s-a dat una asemanatoare cu cea rezervata, curatenia tot lasa de dorit. Era un ventilator in fata camerei care functioneaza 24/7 si nu se putea sta si dormi in camera. Am dormit cu dopuri de urechi si tot nu a fost ok. Nu exista dus propriu-zis, ci doar un cap de dus. Nu exista papuci, prosop de fata, cum spune in descriere. Asternuturile nu erau curate. Aerul conditionat nu functiona.

+ Near to KL central.

- When making the reservation, I specifically chose a more expensive room that was advertised as having a “beautiful city view.” Two weeks before arrival, I even reminded them about the window. At check-in, they simply said that no rooms with a window were available—end of discussion. Only after I threatened to report them to Booking com did they suddenly “find” a room with a window. However, instead of a city view, the window literally faced a garbage dump. Check-in took 30 minutes because the staff insisted my room wasn’t paid for, even though I had paid a week earlier through Booking com. They tried to charge my credit card again, so I blocked it. Only after the manager got involved did they magically “find” my payment. The bed linen had stains, but the staff refused to change it, claiming it was clean—end of discussion. Overall, you can survive one night here, but definitely not longer. And be prepared for a scam regarding the window and an attempt to charge you twice for your stay.

- Breakfast. Not in the hotel. Ask to go to a restaurant nearby. Only one set simply meal allowed.

- シャワーの出し方がわかりづらかったが、国の違いによるものだと思う

+ Very close to the KLIA train Staff was nice and very responsive

- Not really like the pictures, it’s old and smells like cigarettes even though it’s written everywhere that is not allowed. Linens are not clean, I had to ask to change my bed as it had blood stains and a hair. Even the new ones did not smell like they were clean. For one night it’s ok, but I find it a bit expensive for what it is.

+ Clean, great location, good value for money and helpful staff

- Very very cozy and small room without window. Not good for long stay.

+ Location is very good super close to KL Sentral and mall. All staff are nice and helping. I do enjoy my stay.

+ Good price, but extremely small room and even smaller bathroom. There was a minibar in the room. Proximity to KL Central was handy. Working aircon.

- Bathroom size and arrangement(you can yuse the toilet, shower and brush your teeth at the same time). Room is dark with small window to an alley with smell of cooking.

+ La proximité avec la gare pour rejoindre l’aéroport et la gentillesse du personnel

- Forte odeur d’humidité, pas super propre (tâches sur les draps, cheveux), lit peu confortable, pas de fenêtre, pas mal de bruit (claquement de portes)

+ Location. So close to KLSentral and mall. Nice room.

- Wifi. Only wifi was not secure. I would expect all decent hotels to have free wifi. Wonder how it would change the price.

+ My room was clean and dry.

- The corridors smelt a bit musty and damp.
