+ Spacious room.
- Smelly bathroom. The room was not ready. No tissue, no tv remote, no toothbrush, no bottle mineral water, no hairdryer. The housekeeping was really bad.
+ The lady staff who checked me out is very rude, no respect and make my overal stay experience turn to disspointed. I requested LCO after zohor prayer time upon checked in with Joey which agreed however the lady ask me to pay extra upon check out with no respect infront of many staff. She is no value to the company. No flexibility to the customer. She is very upset due to i requested LCO just to perforrm my prayer. She is not supposed to be at reception which will make more guest upset with her behaviour. this is my 3rd time stay in this hotel and definately will not comeback in future.

- The valet was RM100! The Room smelled like garlic! The bathroom was mouldy! The sink was clogged! The bathroom sliding door was stuck!

- Bilik tido mcam store barang terbuang.. paip kitchen rosak Paip toilet rosak Dalam toilet ada banyak sgt rambut, mcm mna housecleaning clean pun xtahu laa.. sabun pun tak ada.. aircond pun mcm nak xnak jee function 🤣 Dekat lantai ada paku terkeluar, smpai luka laa kaki, bgtau staff dyeorg relax jee( mcm dah tahu paku tu terkeluar) Harga sehari rm189.. first n last stay sini ,.. bgtahu dekt reception, staff laki tu suruh review xelok hahaha.. dari staff Hotel Tamu xda cakap sorry, smpai je manager bru laa mnger tue ckp ‘sorry’.. sgt² xberpuas hati.. review mc best, tpi bila stay xmcam review lgsg hahahaa

- This is a Muslim hotel, which is absolutely fine, but was not conveyed in the information. There is no bar or alcohol in the hotel, and there is no where to lay by the pool. Anyone using the pool was fully covered, and extremely modest swimwear is expected. The rooms are run-down, in need of maintenance and not clean. The breakfast buffet is very average. The staff were unable to fulfil simple requests, such as replacing towels. The replacement hairdryer short circuited the room’s power.

+ Chambre spacieuse. Vue incroyable de la chambre sur les tours Petronas et le quartier animé de Kampung Baru. Piscine à débordement au 14ieme étage incroyable !
- La propreté pourrait s’améliorer un peu. Une tache de sang sur une taie d’oreiller en arrivant. Un passage du service de nettoyage sans changement de serviette un jour, mais personnel agréable. Autre point d’importance, une mosquée se situe en bas de l’hôtel. Il faut s’attendre à être réveillé tous les matins à 6h00…
