Way too expensive for a poor quality hostel. No power for almost the whole trip, told this happens regularly. We left a day early and no compensation was offered. Wouldnt recommend
Il y avait plusieurs cafards, dont un dans un lit. La chambre sentait l’humidité de manière très forte. Le personnel était gentil.
There were several cockroaches, including one in a bed.The room smelled very humid.The staff was kind.
Pas de clim ni d’internet pendant les trois jours de notre sejour. L’impression que c’est la seule auberge sans generateur de secours pour gerer pendant les coupures d’électricité quotidienne. A 130 euros la nuit (hors de prix) c’etait le strict minimum attendu. Le propriétaire n’a pas voulu entendre notre demande pour un geste commercial logique.
No air conditioning or internet during the three days of our stay.The impression is that this is the only hostel without a backup generator to manage during the daily power cuts.At 130 euros per night (excluding price) was the strict minimum expected.The owner did not want to hear our request for a logical commercial gesture.
This place is much better than its current rating - we really enjoyed our stay here in a relaxing setting with a great kitchen! Staff were friendly and while the island lost power one night we were there, there was a small generator allowing us to charge devices.
I really loved the kitchen, it was really well furnished. The garden was really nice and well kept. I found the room with a bulk bed was pretty small. They should increase the electricity power as when we took hot shower all the lights in the room were turning down due to lack of power. Also the location at the top of the hill can be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggages.
Hostel was clean and location was ok. There was no vibe whatsoever, barely met anyone during my 3 day stay. Staff were helpful when they were there (lots of times no one was at the front desk. Wouldn’t recommend
Lovely cute place to stay with private rooms surrounding a nice tropical garden. It is an uphill walk from the beach / town on a small path. It’s perfectly manageable but after a long day can be tiring. Very well equipped kitchen. Can sometimes be crowded with staff making their food. Would be great to offer a laundry service of some kind. Would recommend!
We had a private room and it was beautiful. Comfortable and clean, the only down fall was that the electricity was out majority of the nights that we stayed, so the airco wasn’t working meaning not much sleep, but the owner couldn’t do anything about that, the whole island had the same issue. The facilities were spot on, super clean kitchen and they had everything you needed to cook and clean. The seating area was stunning, in the middle of a jungle pretty much. We enjoyed our stay :)
friendly staff and beautiful poussada in a very green garden along a small river...refreshing. a bit out of the center ( meaning 5 minutes away ;-)) and this was good for us since we wanted to be able to sleep. only hick, water pressure for both shower and flush a bit weak and unstable internet as everywhere else in the Island.
One of my favorite places I’ve stayed. Perfect location close to town but just out enough to feel like you’re really just in nature. A great place to relax for a a while. The stream was very nice too

Excellent stay - would defo recommend! Rustic little hostel, super close to the town centre and a great spot to hike round the island from. Kitchen is good and has lots of utensils.
El lugar es muy hermoso en el medio de la naturaleza a diferencia de otras posadas en las que me he hospedado años anteriores. No es lejos del centro pero tener en cuenta que se encuentra en subida.
The place is very beautiful in the middle of nature unlike other inns where I have stayed in previous years. it is not far from the center but keep in mind that it is on the climb.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit top Preis-Leistung. Richtig gut ausgestattete Küche. Wunderschöner Garten zum Entspannen und Vögelgezwitscher lauschen. Die Katzen warten schon auf einen, sehr süß. Mitarbeiterin immer für Fragen da und ganz ganz lieb! 10 Minuten Weg zum Strand. Nur zu empfehlen!
Wunderschöne Unterkunft with top price-Leistung. Properly well equipped kitchen. Wunderschöner Garden to relax and listen to the Vogelgezwitscher. The cats are already waiting for you, very sweet. Staff always there for questions and very kind! 10 minutes walk to the beach. Only to recommend!

The hostel was so welcoming and relaxing! Great vibe and very comfortable with hammocks and waterfalls, the rooms were very clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here!
Alles was geweldig en het is heel fijn dat de gasten van de keuken gebruik mogen maken. We vertrekken met frisse tegenzin van dit paradijs.
