Never book that Hostel directly at the owner!!!!You will end up in trouble!!!!I was booking that hostel via Hostelworld and once i arrived they told me that there isnt any bed available and i had to leave. I just came from the airport with my whole baggage. Would you like to have such an experience?At the end i had to beg for the room i paid at Hostelworld. What was the problem?The stuff at Villa Verde didnt knew about my booking because the have no availability to the electronic book

Was looking forward to a relaxing stay, unfortunately a guy, who I later found out was the owner, was quite inconsiderate and rude. We were sitting in the common area relaxing while he was playing loud sounds from his phone, totally ruining the otherwise calm area. Asked him to turn it off or use a headset which he refused to do. Will do another hostel next time.

Wir haben ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad bekommen, obwohl wir ein Zimmer ohne Bad gebucht haben. Die Menschen hier sind super freundlich und das Essen ist himmlisch. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Um magnífico sítio na natureza para passar uns dias tranquilos. O restaurante é excelente e o staff excepcional. E o proprietário é uma pessoa com uma vasta experiência em agricultura biológica.

Perfect spot to Stay in Díli. Everything clean and staff very friendly. Amazing food and beautiful garden.

This place has everything that I needed. It is walking distance to town, to bus stops, to 2 churches, to some parks… takes about 20 minutes walk to the beach/shore. I feel very safe walking around.

I stayed twice in Vila verde and loved the place and the food! It feels amazing to be in such a quiet and green environment in the middle of the city. The staff is local and very funny and friendly 😊

DaTerra Vila Verde is a comfortable and calm hostel/restaurant located in the central area of Dili. The place is easy to access and spacious, with trees, small organic gardens that provide vegetables and herbs, and little lakes. It is based on permaculture principles. The 3 young ladies working there have a good attitude and high level of customer service. Always trying their best to help the guests. It's a basic accommodation.

We loved it here! People are so kind and helpful. It’s clean and the food is so delicious (breakfast is included and you can have an additional dinner). It’s really close to the city. It‘s a bit tricky to find, but you can ask the neighbors.

Very comfortable and calm space with delicious free breakfast! Highly recommended if staying in Dili.

Really nice spot to chill in the middle of the city. Staff is amazing and has a really nice passion fruit gin tonic (best in town) !! 5*
