La localisation et l’hôtel en lui même est pas mal mais le point noir de mon séjour aura été le matelas ou les ressorts m’ont fait mal au dos, tous les ressorts pointent et on a l’impressions de dormir sur un matelas à aiguilles ! J’ai pu dormir que 1h la nuit dernière donc je suis très vénère là ce matin

I had a nice stay. Unfortunately they double charged my card for the three nights. On 8/23, I paid for three nights stay. I paid with Apple Pay. I know I only made one transaction. On my credit card statement, I was surprised to see two same day charges for the same dollar amount. One listed as Luma Terra hostel and one listed as 7T GROUP. Bedrooms are way too hot you can’t even sleep

It is a hotel turned into a hostel. It's written that there is an AIR CONDITIONER, but THERE IS NO AIRCON/AIR Conditioner. The dorms are nice and spacious, but the beds are poor quality. For example, if a top bunk person moves, you can feel it while sleeping on the bottom. There is no security; anyone can bring anyone to the room. It is not at all a social hostel. If you'd like to meet people, this is not the place. The staff is rude and unfriendly.

Why No A/C in rooms

Pretty good hostel except no AC and it was extremely hot so made it impossible to sleep.

This hostel was okay. My main frustration was that it felt like it lacked privacy in terms of the rooms and bathroom layout. My room didn’t have an ensuite, which was fine, but then the shared bathroom has tight space showers with no dry shelving inside them, so it was hard to change privately. Also a bit cheeky to charge for a normal sized towel, but a hand towel size is complimentary. Made a friend here though, which was a blessing!

Not particularly social but the rooms were large and clean (and had a nice view) as were the bathrooms (though I’m not a huge fan of glass shower doors). The hostel was fresh and well located. My data was leaked through the reservation system so I’ve been contacted countless times by scammers posing as this hostel. I did reach out to them via the email address listed on the website and later received a generic email about the situation but never received a response to my email.

Really clean and good location. The fans on each of the beds are a plus, and laundry is cheaper than any hostel I’ve been in. The shared showers are really clean! Need a key to get into the building so pretty secure.

Lovely location near a busy tram stop. Facilities were nice in my private room. Beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but the whole hostel was clean and tended to nicely.

Facilities are great, everything modern and clean. Many tables to work if u need, big kitchen, enough showers and toilets. Curtains and lockers in bedrooms. I didn't try breakfast but they have it for an extra price. Good location too.

For my first time staying in a hostel, Luma Terra was a good experience! My main complaint is that the mattresses are a bit springy in the dorms, which made my hips hurt when sleeping on my side. The dorms could also benefit from more storage space, as I found myself leaving some of my more immediate belongings out in the open, rather than pulling out the drawer under the bed. I was expecting there to be a bit more of a social atmosphere too, but it was pretty quiet

Bathrooms seem to be shared across the floor. At least three of the sinks were clogged and it took some time for someone to notice and block them off. Still not fixed when I left.

What a fantastic hostel! Stayed in the 2 bed private room with en-suite. As soon as you walk into Luma you know you’re in a fantastic hostel. Great reception from the staff at reception, very welcoming and accommodating. Easy check in! The room was of a fantastic quality, very modern and comfortable with great view. Breakfast was also great with a fantastic range for all guests. Would 💯 recommend and definitely stay again

Excelente estancia, céntrico, limpio y con muy buen servicio del personal. Sin duda volvería.

Loved this hostel!! So so clean and the bathrooms felt very modern and NO mold 🙌.

I was so impressed with the place, so clean, so organized and easy to do basic things inside like laundry and stuff. I would say it has been one of my fav hostels in Europe. The best!

super nice hostel with individual fans in each bed and great location

Their kitchen was huge than other hostels. If the staff could be more available to help with local site seeing would appreciate it more like I experienced in Hungary hostel. Location was very good.

The hostel is about a 15 minute walk from the main station and was pretty easy to navigate. We stayed in a private room which was very spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of room too. You had to scan your room card to get into the building, so it felt very secure. It was fairly clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the property!

It was clean, but don't stay here if you want to meet people when traveling alone. There is not really a common area to hangout in and is not a social hostel

great hostel with amazing functioning clean facilities. not many young travellers but that might've just been when we were there. if you want a chill hostel with good facilities then would definitely recommend this!
