    Horrible place, worst night ever. Like a homeless shelter, bedbugs, room stank, very dirty everywhere. Don’t stay here do not recommend

    I booked a family room, but upon arrival, I was informed it was unavailable. On the bright side, the staff provided extra mattresses and offered a complimentary breakfast. The overall quality was reasonable for the price. Unfortunately, we did find and kill one rather unpleasant bedbug—though thankfully, no one was bitten.

    Terrible stay. The room (1104) was full of bed bugs, and staff even admitted they already knew about it before giving it to me! They refused to change my room and wasted my time with “treatment” instead of a solution. My trip to Prague was ruined with stress and fear of taking bed bugs home. Absolutely unacceptable — avoid this hostel!

    The rooms are sparse but functional, with annoying chlidlike footholds to climb into the bunk beds. I almost fell three times, trying to get down and to the toilet at night. My roommates told me they had been relocated from another section due to bedbugs. I didn't have the breakfast, but it looked sparse compared to the price they asked. The elevators were always packed, and the 'tips to save energy: walk the stairs' signs were insulting given how many floors there are. The guest kitchen was a complete mess. By now, it may have evolved its own new fungal kingdom.

    We are two women and we felt very unsafe especially at evenings when a lot of creepy men approached us and started inappropriate conversations. This hostel is full of drunks. The rooms are also dirty and you can hear everything your neighbours do or say, it’s impossible to fall asleep. Additionally, it’s very hot. NO AC OR FANS. Even when it’s 33 degrees outside!!! It was impossible to fall asleep and have a rest. The naming of the place is deceiving, it says that it’s a hotel, on Google too. The self check in and app didn’t work so we had to wait for the staff to give us the room keys and couldn’t order a room cleaning through it either. We also noticed anti sanitary at the bar on the first floor. Also MANY reviews state that there’re a lot of bed bugs so be aware of that too!!!

    Booked under my husband's account. I had the worse experience ever--After two nights of staying in the hotel room I had over 30 bed bug bites on my face, neck, arms, legs, back and feet! The blanket smelled like nobody was staying in that room for a long time! I Also killed two bed bugs I found under the blanket. Three guys at front desk told me to email head office and said there shouldn't be problem to get the refund. I waited for over a week to hear back, and 99% of that response email was justifying why they can't refund me--having bed bugs is somehow unavoidable to them and they can only refund the laundry and parmacy drug costs. Seriously?? Those bites left ugly marks on my body and every time I see them it reminds me of this nightmare.

    Good day, last night when I finished work and went to your hotel, I went to bed and was covered in infected bugs called bedbugs and there were a lot of them. Not that I couldn't sleep after 14 hours of work, but I left your hotel and drove 120 km home, sleepless and tired. Now I'm having all my clothes disinfected at the laundromat, which costs a lot of money, so I couldn't go to work today because I didn't have a replacement hotel in Prague and I don't live in Prague. The blisters are very itchy, so I'm probably going to have an infectious reaction and I'm going to see a doctor. I have a video of these bugs crawling on my bed and I showed it to the reception on the information. I don't know how to solve it further because I paid you for the hotel but you didn't give me a normal sleep. I don't know whether to give you a review with a video on the internet because the gentleman at the reception was not pleasant and he didn't care what I was going through. One wanted to somehow replace the situation for me but I didn't want another room because these bugs will infest the entire hotel and you will still take them home with you, into your car and into your clothes. I'm now afraid that I'll bring it home and so I'll disinfect everything. You've caused me stress problems and I took a lot of risks this morning because I was driving home tired after 14 hours of work. I'll send you the videos, they didn't show me much understanding at the reception, so I'm curious about you. I want to solve it discreetly, but if you don't and somehow don't compensate for my damages and losses, I'm ready to publish everything.

    We arrived at hostel midnight around 12.30 am. therefore i immediately went to bed to sleep and realized that i was very itchy. There was a little red bedbug on top of my pijama. So we started to check the room and they were all over the room. On the walls, on the bed and even on the radiator. So we went to reception and they switched our rooms and sanitized our cloths. Next morning we went to pick up them and a t-shirt of mine was missing. They were helpful but this situation is unacceptable so if you’re going to Prag i wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

    The elevators were an absolute nightmare. Sometimes we’d have to wait up to 15 minutes. There’s only 3 elevators for 21 floors. Many schooltrips or bigger groups stay here, cause the lifts to be full very quickly. Very often the elevator stopped at many floors where no one was waiting (probably opted for the stairs in the end). As we stayed on the 16th floor, the stairs were not a suitable option, but on two instances we were desperate enough to take them. It also made it quite impossible to pop by reception for a quick question, because it would take at least 20 minutes. Same went for getting coffee or tea downstairs and with no coffee/tea amenities available in the room that was a real bummer. There was also zero sound insulation between the rooms and the corridors. When said schooltrip kids would start banging their doors and screaming down the corridor, it meant our sleeptime was over. We could hear everything very clearly in the room. We got very little rest. The beds were of a the caliber of a hostel. The iron bedframe and squeaky mattress did not match the luxurious beds that were shown in the pictures. After long days of walking in the city, these beds sadly offered no relief or comfort at night. Later during our stay we found two dead bugs. One near the bed, one near the door. We did a quick look in our beds but couldn’t spot anything. However the day we checked out one of us was speckled in red dots, that would become more apparent and itchy as the time passed. The bugs we found and the spots we got are pointing to bedbugs. The outdoor area near the front entrance was very loud most nights, disturbing sleep. The breakfast buffet was very basic and okay, but the space was simply too small for the amount of people that would come through at once. One morning there was an announcement over the intercom. Saying that it was a fire alarm and we had to leave the building. We left as soon as possible, even though there was no continuing alarm sounded.

    I had a deeply unpleasant experience during my stay. Unfortunately, I discovered bedbugs in the bed, which is absolutely unacceptable. This not only ruined my night but also caused significant discomfort and stress, as I now have to take precautions to avoid bringing them home. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a top priority, and this was clearly not the case. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking this place.

    Overall the hotel is great with smooth check-in process, well equipped, but it’s not clean. Everything was very dirty, and the worst part is: there were bed bugs in the bed. We immediately requested to be put into another room as we noticed and they were kind and gave us another room.

    Food theft in the kitchen continues. A lasagna, 2 liters of milk, luncheon meat, eggs all stolen. It's incredibly annoying to have to ask for a plate or a fork each time you need one because the kitchen is not properly equipped. At least there are some pots and pans, but these also kept appearing and disappearing. The breakfast is always the same and not worth half the money they are charging. The coffee from the machine is vile. Better go to Lidl and get proper coffee for 20Kĉ. I complained repeatedly about the VOLUME of the music in the kitchen. THIS IS NOT A DISCO! Why do you have to blare the music so loudly that you can't even speak to the person next to you? And please CHANGE THE MUSIC!!!! You played the same 10 songs in a loop, oftentimes for more than a day. Honestly, of all the issues at this hostel, this one was totally preventable and the most annoying because it kept happening. MAJOR ISSUES WITH BEDBUGS. I was offered to changed rooms after having issues with bedbugs in the first room but had to switch rooms anyway because of a change of room type with my last booking. Sadly, the bedbug situation in the 2nd place was even worse. The guy in the bed next to me also had issues. Your rooms need to be properly cleaned or fumigated, folks. Squished bug marks on the walls next to the beds serve as a nice reminder that this is not a new issue. The linens are clean. Your beds are not. Please properly clean the surfaces (like the tables and beds). I saw several people sleeping DIRECTLY ON THE PLASTIC MATRESS. That is not hygienic. I know the cleaning staff do not wipe the mattesses as I was in the room during the "cleaning". Let housekeeping use a VINEGAR based cleaner if you are so worried about "dangerous chemicals" as you claim on the QR code in the room to be environmentally conscious, this being the reason why a deep cleaning is not performed.

    The kitchen is a disaster. The sink was constantly clogged. No dish detergent provided. There are no pots, dishes, or cutlery (you have to ask at reception). I am aware of the volume of guests, so I'm not sure how this can be best addressed. I had food stolen 3 times. Theft is rampant. Many other guests also had food items taken. It's best not to leave anything in the fridge. Only buy whatever you plan to cook or eat each day. I had issues with bed bugs. Thr linen was promptly replaced, and thankfully, the issue did not return Overall cleaning of common areas like the men's bathroom near the cantine needs work.. Every time I used it, it always smelled of urine.

    Attention BED BUGS! The property has 20+ floors and all sorts of exotic traffic passes here - the rooms obviously have bed bugs and our party was badly bitten, we had one member allergic to bites that needed attention! Staff at check-in is super rude and arrogant. STAY VERY DISCOURAGED HERE unless you want to be abused AND bitten by nasty vermin!

    BED BUGS- I walk into my room to find tons of bed bugs, I immediately request to change rooms and they refuse to allow this because they said “you could spread the bed bugs so we will not allow a change of rooms” I was told I will also not be allowed to stay any other night this week because my room had bed bugs when I checked in, they marked my name and wouldn’t let me return later that week. On such short notice I couldn’t get a new hotel, so I attempted to stay in the lobby until morning - they kicked me out with security and said even though I have checked in I cannot just sit in the lobby all night, so I paid for a full night and had to sleep outside in the cold weather. I requested a manager and they said I wouldn’t be able to speak with management until the following day. Don’t stay here because if you get bed bugs they force you to either stay in that room- or sleep outside that night with no option for a second reservation Cleaning crew also did not clean the room from the last people who stayed in my room so I had to clean up all the trash on my own

The receptionist offered me another room which I refused because if there were bedbugs in my room they would be everywhere!! My whole body was bitten. Really avoid this dirty place. It's not worth the money you save.

    There was a bed bug infestation , we were quickly assigned a different room and our belongings put in a freezer. It was a disgusting experience there were a lot of bugs in the room but staff was nice and I was given another room right away. They have signs everywhere about quiet times at night, unfortunately many of the guests do not respect this, not the hostels fault but more to do with the demographics that stay here.

    Possible Disadvantages: Lots of classtrips from all over Europe (I didn’t mind them, but be aware of this and the added noise) It Is pretty far from the City Center, so calculate for atleast 20-30 minutes of Tram/Bus/Metro Also be aware that locks are free but require a 200KČ deposit and that towels cost 50KČ.

    First look was, the room was small and gloomy. There were bed bugs in the room which was allocated to us. We had to change the room and couldn't sleep properly in the fear of bugs again in the changed ones. We had stayed in a&o at other countries which was good but this one is a worse experience. The room which was changed after we found bed bugs was not cleaned, there were hairs all over the sheets and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. My honest feeling was, I had adjusted there but not enjoyed the room/stay even after paying £50-60 per night.

O gerente Sasha era extremamente mal educado e despreparado para o cargo. Não há segurança, não há câmeras de segurança. Tive minhas comidas roubadas 5 vezes na cozinha apesar de identificação correta e guardadas. Além disso, qualquer pessoa entra e fica dentro do hostel mesmo sem ser hóspede. As funcionárias terceirizadas de limpeza eram MUITO mal educadas. Em um dos dias, uma delas GRITOU comigo e me tratou muito mal porque eu não entendia tcheco e, no fim, ela só queria que eu saísse da passagem dela.

    Of course, a no-frills four-bed room is a no-frills four-bed room; then again, the establishment does not pretend to be a Ritz. I would perhaps have appreciated bed curtains to maintain a semblance of privacy while sleeping, as well as lockers inside the room; but the absence of these is not even a complaint. Again, at the price, it's a very good deal.

    1. Room and toilet were very dirty and the first sight on entering was a bug . A statement was pasted in the room and it reads that guests would need to request for proper cleaning I would say that’s not ideal rooms should be properly cleaned to prevent bedbug and other infestations from spreading
