I stayed at this hostel and woke up covered in bed bug bites. When I contacted the manager, she completely denied the issue and even told me to “get informed” — extremely unprofessional. I went to a doctor who confirmed they were bed bug bites and prescribed treatment. This place clearly has a bed bug problem and refuses to take responsibility or handle it properly. It ruined part of my trip. Avoid this hostel at all costs.

Había chinches en lasa camas. Imposible dormir y terminamos con un montón de Picaduras por Todo el cuerpo que se han infectado

El wifi se colgó varias veces, nos cambiaron de una habitación porque no había agua caliente ni luz. En la siguiente nos infectamos de chinches. Nos mandaron a otro hotel de la cadena el Job setas de plaza de armas y fue horroroso nos metieron en una habitación de hombres por equivocación el olor era insoportable la falta de higiene brillaba por su ausencia. No nos dieron toallas para poder ducharnos. Y al día siguiente no nos quisieron dar el desayuno. No volvería a repetir la experiencia. Muy pero que muy poco amables.

Nos picaron chinches por todos lados. Nos cambiaron al Joy de plaza de Armas y si no llegamos a pedir compensación no nos la hubiesen dado. En cuanto conseguimos que nos la diesen nos trataron fatal quitandonos el desayuno y encima negando que hubiesen bichos en la habitación cuando el personal del otro hostel, nos había dicho que habían encontrado y por ello nos teníamos que ir porque fumigarían esa misma tarde. El personal de Joy Setas por otro lado impecable, comprensivos y las chicas de la limpieza un encanto. A ellas, darles las gracias por cuidarnos el tiempo que estuvimos. Los responsables, como siempre, sin importarles ni un mínimo la gente que los sostiene. Como si no tuviesen montañas de dinero, impidiendo que unas chavalas que llevan 17 días en su hotel desayunen una rodaja de pan. En fin, ridículo.

Bed bugs ! Unfortunately we found all the 8 beds in our dorm with evidence of bed bugs. Sucks as this place is really clean, got a nice team, rooftop bar and pool! We had to call the staff late at night and got moved to their other location, which took around an hour and a half to sort out. No apologies for the bed bug situation, or any compensation of any sort. Beware when booking, though friends in the other rooms were fine so hit or miss here.

Riddled with bedbugs, otherwise ok

Bed bugs everywhere! two girls of our room ( separate group from us) had bites and they found some bed bugs in our room and the pool. It took everything to have a full refund! At first they wanted to put us in the street! After hours of arguing, they accepte to give us one room for the two groups in an other hostel! This was not an option for us because we were not sure at this point that we were going to be affected! They have no protocol! They didn't even told the other guy about the bugs

Amazing place. Only problem was I think my bed had bed bugs but other than that everything was great. The pool is small but nice and the atmosphere is great. Staff is friendly but not there around the clock so make sure you let them know when you're going to arrive. Would go back.

Great Location, facilies, and staff. Three Stars because staff did practically nothing after myself and my travelling companion had bed bug issues after being fine for a few days. No response to email contact or contact from management after almost a month.
