BakeRoom Hostel

I specifically booked this hostel due to breakfast being included however upon arrival, was told they had updated their system since my booking three weeks ago and breakfast was no longer included. Meant I had to scout for food and spend money every morning. Located on the fourth floor - no lift so had to heave my suitcase upstairs. En-suite is a shower room only. The toilet and sink are located in the corridor and shared. It's a bit of a dump overall but the cleaners do a good job.

The location and staff are amazing. There are so many amazing food locations and activities nearby. Old town is a short grab away and the airport is incredibly close as well. I had a private room and felt safe the whole time there, it had an AC and a large tv, balcony, a stand up closet, and a desk. The only things I would have to say is that the building is quite old which means the bathroom wasn't the most ventilated and felt a bit damp and had a slight mildew smell. Very nice hostel! We had a private room with private bathroom and we even had a fridge and a water kettle in the room, which was very useful. The staff is very kind and attentive, and there is a great atmosphere! We were there for Songkran and they organised a party, which was a lot of fun! Definitely recommended!

Great stay close to the airport! Staff were very friendly and accommodations were great. Laundry service was quick and cheap too.

Great place to stay. Had a fun chill vibe, amazing rooftop to hang out and have a couple drinks. Perfect location.

The owner of this hostel is a Korean guy Tony whom I adore. What a character. Totally hilarious and very accommodating. The ladies working there are very sweet. Would definitely return just to hang with Tony haha!
