    There are no words to describe how unprofessional this hostel is. Do avoid it! Even if it is the last place on earth for you to sleep in. I booked 2 nights by mistake, and 1 second after I called and said: I am so sorry I clicked on the wrong button, I didn't mean to book. The nice front desk lady said: oh dont worry. You will be refunded, we will be in contact with booking and tomorrow you will get the full refund. Never happened. They kept 200 euros, refuse to refund me even after the receptionist confirmed. And from the other reviews, im happy I wasn't unfortunate to actually sleep here 😱

    Given its strategic location right across a key train and a bus station, this place could have emerged as one of the best. Sadly, the place and those running it have a very cold and damp vibe. The female staff I met had this I'm-doing-you-a-favour response at checkin documentation or bag storage. (The male staff were courteous). Passageways have this pervasive odour of smelly feet. (That's weed, I learnt later! 😂) Showers- one, in a dormitory of six barely pass the muster. Common toilets are poorly maintained- killing the urge to relieve oneself. Attached restaurant, closed on a weekend afternoon, really!! An upright piano in the common area, out of tune. Lovely feature, but a waste of space. Not expecting a five star for the money they charge, but @ £30 a day, basic decency, cleanliness could be expected. Positive- clean beds. End of the story.

    honestly wouldn't recommend it, it was kinda dirty throughout and only two plug sockets in a six person room. the only place for cold water was in the room so you couldn't brush your teeth without waking people up. overall just felt quite unsafe and the key was a nightmare to open the door. on a busy road so was loud all night and needs a 24 hour security guard which says alot.i have never left a bad review before but have to be honest. the staff were lovely though and helpful just not good spot
