Got myself a lovely bed bug infestation while staying there …

Ich habe dort nicht übernachtet wegen Bettwanzen und das Zimmer roch wie als ob dort drin geraucht wurde, das Bad war auch ekelhaft. Der Besitzer hat uns aber dann die Nacht in einer anderen Unterkunft bezahlt und uns auch dort hingefahren, er war wirklich sehr nett.

Please be aware that all previous reviews about bedbugs are outdated and not to be taken into account when booking your stay. This is an issue that only affected the Dorm rooms and we saw that they were taking care of the issue so book with complete ease. We had a fantastic stay at Lemon House. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was lovely, the location was gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic. You should nevertheless be aware that it’s a bit of a climb to get to it (though the view is well worth it!!!). They will also help you with the luggage btw, provided you let them know in advance! And of course, we were so happy with the extra care they provided us, it made our proposal trip that much cuter☺️ If you’re planning on staying 2-3 nights in Padang Bai this is the place for you!! N/A

BEDBUGS! Owner is hard to reach out to. Some of the beds are a bit dodgy as climbing on to the top bed feels like it's falling apart. We woke up with bedbugs all over out stuff!

Had a good welcome, but we sadly found bedbugs in some beds in the dorm

There were bed bugs!!! Such a pain. Owner was nice but need to sort the bed bugs out. Ruins the place for me

RAS. Sauf le personnel très aimable ! L’hôte est vraiment adorable, très accueillant et aidant (il nous a même accompagnés avec nos bagages). En revanche, nous avons malheureusement constaté la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre. Par précaution, nous avons préféré partir. J’écris cela car j’aurais aimé être prévenue avant d’y mettre les pieds. Dommage, car l’hôte est d’une grande gentillesse.

Never again! Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sehr einfach. Sobald ich mich aufs Bett saß, hatte ich jedoch das Gefühl, es können Bettwanzen dort sein.. auch das Badezimmer war lieblos und nicht sauber.

Dicht bij de haven. Wij kwamen in het donker aan. Je moest lopend door donkere steegjes met agressieve honden om er te komen (voor twee meiden gaf dit een onveilig gevoel). De eigenaar was er niet om in te checken de sleutel zat gewoon in de deur. We hebben geen ontbijt gehad. Bedden waren oncomfortabel. Heb uitslag op mn lichaam (bedwantsen?). Badkamer was onhygiënisch. Veel herrie.
