- Staff were rude, obnoxious, arrogant, self-serving, egotistical and argumentative.

- Whole place is terrible

+ Close to the airport

- Beds are like sleeping on stone, very uncomfortable.

+ Plenty of parking available

- The shower didn’t work. There was a pull cord next to the shower, to supply power, which I pulled but it didn’t work. It was 3am and I had already been told that reception was closed at that time. There were no instructions. After I left, I email the hotel to inform them, they replied with it was working, well I couldn’t see anything else around to get the shower to work. An idea would to have instructions if it’s not just a turn on and jump in shower. I asked them to clarify what I had done wrong in that case, as I pulled the cord and tried to switch on the shower, and they did not reply. The food served is all deep fried, there are no healthier options, there are no other places to eat nearby.

- Arrived at 2am- window wide open so really cold! When closed room had an unpleasant stuffy smell. Thin, not warm quilt so cold all night. Not even a glass or beaker to have a glass of water!

+ We did not stay as although advertised with breakfast when we booked, there was no breakfast available by the time of the booking.

- We cancelled due to the above, and Booking .com declined a refund and the hotel did not respond.

- Bed hard shower didn't work.

+ I Went to property management telling me I have to pay £50 pounds deposit that I have no idea about plus £10 late fee he was very disrespectful to me and personally i felt bad I will not going back to that place again 😡

+ Looks lovely on the outside but it’s a sinister place behind those doors.

- The HOMAPHOBIC ABUSE!!! We are a two female married gay couple which is on my booking.com the property could have denied our booking if they wish. We would respect that. The gathering of more and more Muslim men who work live there not sure. Peeping through the window’s following me to the car. The vibes were just creepy. One key opens front and all rooms even internal room door lock doesn’t lock the door. They made us feel so scared we left 9.30 at night. This has happened in other reviews with women to. This place SHOULD NOT BE OPEN AS PUBLIC ARE NOT SAFE

+ Water cold central heating turned off all night room very cold bedding not even enough pretty much a bad stay

- Reception, not know ing about the £50 deposit before arrival. Water cold then complain and was fixed only to find that it went cold again. Central heating was turned off and the bedding was thin so had a very uncomfortable night

+ Personally, I find this place really peaceful. Not sure what everyone is expecting, yes it’s not your traditional 5 star place it’s 3 stars, and working progress. It’s comfortable, quiet to help you sleep, nice cosy rooms. Easy and quick to get to the airport or local area 10 mins within drive from anything. Owners and reception team are lovely gentlemen! Couldn’t ask for more! Ideally be nice with food on location but again local to get it and delivery options. Again you can always bring something there. Would recommend and will stay again! Very peaceful sleep like a baby here!!! Thank you always for being so welcoming!

- You pay for the room then have to pay a £50 Refundable deposit when you arrive, they should advise you of this when booking.

+ Well what an unusual little place. I felt like I had stepped back in time. It was ok for what we needed. If you don't mind hearing the planes going over it's fine. I have to say it was warm and cosy

+ Beautiful location, Mr Basit(the receptionist) who manages the hotel is absolutely a gem for the hotel. Very kind and helpful. It's been wonderful few days at this place. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay whenever I'll be in the area next time.

+ Quick check in, friendly staff and good clean rooms. Secure parking.

- No food available but wasn’t far to go into nearest town.

+ Location Staff were excellent - that was the only saving grace

- Restaurant on site closed for renovations TERRIBLE multiple deep potholes on access to hotel road Very basic room with awful duvet - cheap and nasty No soundproofing. Other guest complained my TV was too lound - I couldn't hear it outside of my room, so don't know why there were complaints
