- 1. Poor parking availability. 2. The pillow too stiff and unconfortable. 3. You deposit can't get refund immediately if you change to early check out , what a joke ! 4. I am running airbnb in melaka and mine is way better than this. 5. Getting refund of the deposit need to wait for his manager approval and his manager did not turn up on 11am. What a good management !

Decent location, everything else about this place is a shambles. The staff unfriendly, disorganised and dishonest. The pool is filthy, the loungers and parasols around it broken. Piles of laundry block stairwells and emergency exits. Worst of all, the staff are dishonest and disorganised, they gave us the wrong room "by mistake" then because of their incompetence nearly made us late for our train as there was no one around able to give us our deposit back.. disgusting

- Limited carpark, if we drive back late to hotel we have to park quite far and walk back, shower room and wc are seperated, not convenient at all, using old furniture, bad soundproof can hear sounds from outside of the hotel, dark environment, for the price i pay rm320 is not worth the value.

- 1. Parking is the worst (no parking how to checkout with carrying the luggages. We have to carry the heavy luggages to our car -- quite far) 2. No table in the room.

- 1. No shelf to put stuff 2. No privacy draw curtain 3. Toilet bi-fold doors needs better quality to reduce noise when using.
Clean and basic hostel. I liked that it was close to the oldtown, but in terms of the hostel don't expect fancy stuff. Clean but very basic, beds fairly small and no curtains. Also no windows was a big downside for me but in the end it does what it should. Don't expect a very social hostel. Breakfast was ok, lockers were there but not the biggest.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great place to relax. The only downside of our stay was the presence of the security staff during the day and especially during breakfast. They seemed to closely observe everything we were doing, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
+ Prima verblijf! Wij hebben een deluxe kamer en deze was lekker ruim. Locatie is ook top. Prima ontbijtje in de ochtend (beperkt maar voor het geld goed). Personeel ook allemaal even aardig.
- De kamer was schoon, maar algemene ruimtes zijn niet super schoon. Zwembad dreef vol met haren bijvoorbeeld. Kan zeker allemaal wat schoner.

- It is much better if the beds were equipped with CURTAINS for respect guest's privacy. .
+ Tesis çalışanlarıyla, konumuyla ve temizliğiyle gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Gun içinde su, çay, kahve free. Huvuzu temizdi ve havlu temini vardı.
- Kaldığım 5 nolu oda ufaktı.Yatakların mahremiyet perdesi yoktu.

+ Personal, instalaciones, localizacion y la piscina lo mejor, el desayuno tambien bien. Limpieza.
- No tienen cortinas las camas y el baño dentro de la habitacion hace mucho ruido cuando estas durmiendo y la gente lo usa de noche.
