Das Hostel liegt etwas außerhalb von Tam coc, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht, leider waren während unseres Aufenthalts einige Baustellen neben dem Haus, wodurch die ruhige Lage ihren eigentlichen Effekt etwas verloren hat. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und zurückhaltend, jedoch wurde ich leider nicht kontaktiert, als mir ein Tag nach der Abreise auffiel, dass ich mein E-Book im Zimmer vergessen hatte.
The hostel is located just outside Tamcoc, which makes the stay very pleasant, unfortunately during our stay there were some construction sites next to the house, which caused the quiet location to lose its real effect somewhat.The owners were very nice and reserved, however unfortunately I was not contacted, when I noticed a day after leaving that I had forgotten my E-Book in the room.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely. We were here in quiet season so there weren’t too many other people around. The location was slightly out of town, but walkable and the hostel rested out motorbikes and bicycles for very little money. They also arranged our bus out direct from the hostel which was great.
+ super comfy bed, huge room and nice balcony. staff were really friendly and let me rent a bike for a really good price. would happily stay again.
- there was some construction noise, but you’d be okay if you had earplugs. a little far from the main town, but easy trip on a bike.

+ Die Besitzer waren sehr flexibel, haben auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte Badewanne, sauberen Pool. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Unterkunft war etwas abgelegen (5km) und dann nicht in der Mitte des Party Geschehens. Leicht mit Grab für einen Euro zu erreichen.
- Können die Besitzer nichts für, aber leider Baustelle direkt daneben, die schon sehr laut war. Besitzer sprechen leider nicht so gut Englisch, was das Buchen von Touren/Bussen eher schwieriger macht. Dennoch sehr bemüht mit Google Übersetzer zu helfen.
+ Die Lage war für uns optimal, da in an sich sehr ruhiger Umgebung, derzeit ist eine Baustelle daneben, was uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat, da wir während der Arbeitszeit unterwegs waren. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Verständigung meist per App. De Inhaber hat uns bei der Buchung einer Tour und der Weiterfahrt unterstützt.
- Hatten anfänglich Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, dadurch war es recht feucht im Raum. Aber dann fanden wir die richtige Einstellung. Die Handtücher rochen frisch, waren aber nicht ganz weiß.

+ Das Homestay ist in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Wir hatten leider viele kleine Minifliegen im Zimmer. Auch im Badezimmer schien es damit Probleme zu geben, da an den Wänden viele kleine tote Minifliegen klebten. Das Wasser ist heiß, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich, spricht allerdings kaum English. Lichtempfindliche Personen sollten eine Schlafmaske mitnehmen, da man die Türen in der Nacht nicht verdunkeln kann und es daher recht hell im Zimmer ist. Ein Roller kann für 100.000 VND gemietet werden. Wir haben uns allerdings dagegen entschieden und einen anderen Rollerverleih aufgesucht, da alle Motorroller eine kaum funktionierende hintere Bremse hatten. Die Fahrräder sind in sehr gutem Zustand für vietnamesische Verhältnisse und kosten 40.000 VDN pro Tag. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inklusive. Es gibt ausschließlich 2 Optionen zur Auswahl (Omelett und Pancake) für uns war das Omelett allerdings nicht genießbar.
+ Lo que más me gustó fueron las instalaciones y el trato del personal, fueron en todo momento muy amables y estaba muy limpio cuidando todo detalle, es un sitio que volvería sin duda.
- La pena es que a cada lado estaban en obras y se ponían bien temprano a trabajar y si quieres dormir un poco... Lo tienes bien difícil.

+ Wonderful homestay in an excellent location. Run by a kind family this amazing place is highly recommended. Spotlessly clean rooms, fresh crisp sheets, refreshing pool and a great breakfast included. They even delivered a cake to our room as we were celebrating a special occasion.
+ C’est une petite structure tenue par une famille vietnamienne absolument adorable. Même s’ils parlent peu anglais, cela ne pose aucun problème aujourd’hui avec les outils de traduction, et surtout, leur gentillesse dépasse largement la barrière de la langue. L’emplacement est idéal : légèrement en dehors de l’agitation de Tam Coc, à environ 15 minutes à pied. Cela permet de profiter d’un calme très appréciable, tout en restant proche du centre. Les balades pour aller dîner à pied, au milieu des rizières, sont un vrai plaisir à elles seules. Le lieu est magnifique, très propre et vraiment reposant. On sent une atmosphère paisible, loin du bruit du centre-ville le soir. La piscine est agréable et rafraîchissante, parfaite après une journée de visite. Ils proposent aussi la location de vélos, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer les alentours. Mais ce qui marque surtout, c’est l’accueil : la famille est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et prête à aider dès qu’on en a besoin. On se sent vraiment bien pris en charge.

This is a small structure run by an absolutely adorable Vietnamese family. Even if they speak little English, this poses no problem today with the translation tools, and most importantly, their kindness far exceeds the language barrier. The location is ideal: slightly outside the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, about 15 minutes walk. This allows you to enjoy a very pleasant calm, while staying close to the center. The walks to dinner on foot, in the middle of the rice paddies, are a real pleasure ...
+ Lovely family run accommodation. Great location, away from the touristy tacky centre of Tam Coc, but easy to cycle or walk. Great for going on runs in the countryside! Or walking to the duck stops. Cheap reliable bicycles, good breakfast, huge rooms, nice and quiet.

+ Die junge Familie war sehr lieb und freundlich. Wirklich ein peaceful homestay. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min mitten im Tourismus, hat aber im Homestay seine Ruhe mit einem kleinen Pool, der auch wirklich nutzbar sauber ist. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 min zu einer schönen Pagode.
- Wenn man den vietnamesisch typischen Kaffee oder weißes Brot nicht so sehr mag fehlt es beim Frühstück etwas an Alternativen.
The young family was very nice and friendly. really a peaceful homestay. with the bike you are in the middle of tourism in 10 minutes, but in the homestay you have its peace with a small pool, which is also really usable clean. on foot you come in 10 minutes to a beautiful pagoda. if you do not like the typical Vietnamese coffee or white bread so much, then at breakfast you will lack something in alternatives.
+ Very friendly staff, peaceful location ideal for cycling in the nature but still close to Tam Coc center. We did an early checkin and late checkout for free and was very helpful for us. Also message, nail, laundry service and bicycle rental was provided directly from the homestay. Thank you for everything

Rien à dire, probablement le meilleur homestay dans lequel je suis allé depuis que je suis au Vietnam. Je recommande à tous. Et beaucoup de très bons restaurants autour à pieds.
Needless to say, probably the best homestay I've been to since I was in Vietnam.I recommend it to everyone.And a lot of very good restaurants within walking distance.

My stay was absolutely incredible I cannot recommend this place enough. The location was only 4 minutes away from town with the motor bikes(which can be rented through the hostel), more than enough hot water, fast WiFi, comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast every morning. The place is very modern and clean 10/10. Highly recommend

When plans abruptly changed during our friend trip in Vietnam, the Tam Coc Peaceful Homestay welcomed us with open arms. Not only are the amenities incredibly clean and cozy, but the host is very reliable. We were embraced by the family — cooked with them, hung out with them poolside, and were treated to delicious complimentary breakfast each morning! Would recommend this hostel to anyone heading to Ninh Binh!
