- no dejan entrar a la piscina sin traje de baño y no avisan que no se puede entrar así antes de venir

+ Der Pool und das Nica Frühstück waren gut.

- Nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche, Baulärm morgens um 5, überall Ameisen im Zimmer, keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, eine durchlaufende Toilettenspülung und Recht zickiges Personal (außer den Frühstücksdamen).

+ Decent location

- Upon check-in, there was confusion about the reservations. The surrounding area is Very loud, there was lack of maintenance in our room (we had rented 5 rooms for our group and had an animal (bat?) living in the roof of room 11). Our room had plastic and cardboard taped to the ceiling and in the bathroom there was a bunch of sloppy spray insulation foam to obviously keep critters out. . In addition the AC in the upstairs bedroom is too small for the space (should be 24,000 BTU since there are vaulted ceilings) so during the day it’s very hot. At night it cools down. You can hear everything your neighbors do next door. No hot water (was not specified in the ad). The customer service for our group was mediocre. If you’re ok with the most basic of everything, then this hotel will work for you. It didn’t for our group.

+ Estaba muy limpio.

- La cerradura estaba dañada, no podía enllavar, el joven tampoco pudo repararla, cerré con un seguro adicional. El personal no fue amable en el ingreso.

+ Bed was comfy, aircondition was working. Breakfast was ok.

- Toilet was not working, I fixed it (for free 😀). Windows were to the street although it was written that to the yard. Location was not the greatest, we were worried if the car will stay in one piece till morning (luckily it did) 😀.

+ Camera pulita

- Distanza dal centro,troppi cartelli attaccatti in camera per evitare qualsiasi tipo di cosa,zona molto rumorosa non si dorme,camera non insonorizzata,mancanza di acqua calda e di acqua alla mattina,pieno di zanzare

- We were staying right under the roof and we could constantly hear animals roaming around which felt like they were right above us. We never did see any but affected our nights sleep nonetheless

+ El hotel en general está bueno, aunque las cercanías de su ubicación no son recomendables

+ -LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAS ME GUSTO MUCHO. -LA SEGURIDAD Y LA COMODIDAD. -LA COMIDA MUY COMIDA. -MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN

- -No ofrecen mas sábanas oh sábanas mas gruesas para el frío. -No pusieron shampoo para bañarse en las estadías, un colaborador me lo tuvo que conseguir y el muy amable.

+ Really spacious room with good air conditioning and a good shower which is rare in Nicaragua. Staff were friendly and approachable. Pool area is a nice touch. Included breakfast was good but they never had the pancakes despite it being on the menu.

- About a 15 minute walk to the main square which doesn't sound like much but in the Lèon heat this can be a slog. A bit expensive by Nicaragua standards.

- Our room was on a busy street so traffic noise was a bit of a problem for sleeping
