Hôtel trop sale il avais des punaise de lit dans les chambre on est sorti direct et on a demander le remboursement pour 2 nuit et il voulaient pas nous rembourser c’est des voleurs qui respectent pas leurs client on à signaler ce Hotel au booking avec tout les preuves et les photos comme vous voyez là sur les photos

Les punaise de lit partout dans la chambre et là réception qui respect pas l’eus clients des menteurs et la saleté partout dans les sanitaires et de son restaurant

great hostel! i don't understand all the negative reviews. there were NO bed bugs, everything was clean (hostel standards of course, you get what you pay for!), staff was friendly and helpful and the people that we met in the hostel were nice as well. some people are staying there longer since they work in Milano, so there are not only the typical backpackers you'd meet in other places. from my point of view though, that's actually a great way to meet people that are actually from Italy and get some great recommendations for the area!

Sorry if this is long but u really need to read this before you commit to a booking in this hostel. So I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights, and on the first night I arrived very late so I just slept but the AC was not working well and I slept in a very hot room, the second night was the same also, very bad AC, but in the afternoon I found them sending me a message to change the room because of bad AC. I was happy about that but i had to go back at night and transfer all my stuff from one room to the other which was hard with everyone sleeping. On the 3rd night in the new room I found BED BUGS on my bed. I made sure to take photos and pictures and went to the reception in the middle of the night very tired and showed him and he asked me to send an email with the pictures and video and I did, and he gave me the keys to another room to sleep the night. In the morning no one said anything and no reply to my email or an apology or anything. The worst part was when I was sleeping on the 4th night( because it would have been very hard to move my stuff on the last night so I stayed the last night) but i just could not sleep anymore I was feeling that the bugs where in my stuff or on me and I send and email to them asking for a compensation or even they could have replied with an apology but still, no Reply!!! I had to go clean all my stuff in the laundry( which cost a lot) and I spent the rest of my trip which was for another 10 days being paranoid and still finding bed bug bites on me..it was HORRIBLE!! It was horrible experience all the way. From a not so helpful receptionist on the first night to finding bed bugs and bug bites all over my body after.

Stayed here with two reservations, so will write also second time how bad it is, just for people to know and maybe aware bookings.com. I woke up with red, itchy bites on my neck – likely from bed bugs. That alone should be a serious warning. On top of that, they tell you not to eat in the room because they’re also dealing with cockroaches. It’s clear hygiene is a major issue. In the bathroom, there was a very strong chlorine smell – and usually, such a strong smell appears not because of the chlorine itself, there’s just a high amount of bacteria. Also, be aware: there is no safe or guaranteed parking. Booking.com should make this clear. Parking is just on the street if you find a spot, and there’s only space for a few cars. We came late and of course did not find space for car. Very disappointing stay – I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Pour votre santé et sécurité éviter cette établissement car il y a clairement des punaises de lit de plus l’établissement était assez sale avec une mauvaise odeur et des équipements assez ancien. On m’a mit dans une chambre où il y’avait un monsieur qui ronfler très fort toutes les nuits

Comfy beds with sheets to hang up for privacy, but ended up with tons of bites through the night (not sure if mosquitos or bed bugs). Good pressure in showers with some soap, showers flood so hang clothes on hooks when showering. EU plug doesn’t fit so bring Italian adaptor, can also rent these from the office. No atmosphere, mainly old guys in the rooms. Nice enough and safe to stay, but quite grim and bites are horrendous.

Attention PUNAISE DE LIT >> [ BED BUGS]. Je déconseille fortement cette auberge de jeunesse à Milan. Mon séjour de quatre jours a été une expérience désastreuse. Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été extrêmement désagréable, le personnel m'ignorait presque. Les nuisances sonores étaient insupportables, entre les bruits de train et les bruits dans les chambres, il était impossible de dormir. Pendant tout mon séjour, j'ai été piqué, pensant initialement qu'il s'agissait de moustiques. Cependant, le dernier jour, j'ai découvert une punaise de lit dans ma chambre. J'ai pris une photo de l'insecte et des marques de piqûres sur mon corps. Lorsque j'ai montré ces preuves à la réception au moment de rendre les clés, le personnel m'a à peine écouté. J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils étaient déjà au courant du problème mais ne faisaient rien pour le résoudre. Je publie cet avis pour alerter tout le monde : évitez absolument cet établissement pour votre santé et votre bien-être. Ne prenez pas le risque de ramener des punaises de lit chez vous.

Attention !!!!!!! j’ai retrouvé des punaises de lit ce matin dans mon lit. Ça faisait deux jours que je me grattais et avais des rougeurs et je ne comprenais pas d’où elle venaient. J’ai prévu le personnel en partant et ils m’ont à peine calculer. Les agents d’accueils sont froids et pas accueillants. Ils répondent à peine aux questions qu’on leur posent. Ils sont désagréables surtout le jeune homme typé asiatique. Ce n’était pas indiqué que ça serait une chambre mixte. Quel a été ma surprise de partager la chambre avec des hommes. Je ne recommande pas .

Frequento da diversi anni questo ostello e ho se.pre dato un punteggio alto nonostante mte cose strane già segnalate da altri utenti clienti , mah essendo ben la seconda volta che sono punto da per tutto dalle cimici da letto materasso , lo devo segnalare inoltre come se non bastasse spesso il personale dell'ostello apre la finestra delle stanze e spegne il riscaldamento e l'ostello si trova a Milano e adesso e inverno . Non ho altre parole da aggiungere e mi auguro se dovessi ripassare da Milano e scegliere questo ostello per una notte o diverse notti che non ci siano cimici nei letti materassi e cuscini e che se e ' inverno non facciano di nuovo lo scherzetto di chiudere il riscaldamento e aprire le finestre di notte con il freddo in inverno di Milano , Grazie

It's a good hostel, I would stay here again. I never got bitten by bed bugs, but did get bitten by mosquitos since the window was left open at night - our fault. Clean beds and very comfy! Bathroom was clean, and the toilets are okay. No kitchen to cook, but there is a fridge. Cheap vending machine too. Location convenient to train line, Lidl, and cafes/restaurants. Staff were nice enough to let me in after hours when I came too early from a bus.

BEDBUGS. When I first got into my room I saw one, but didn't identify it as a bedbug. I didn't know they got this large. I stayed for a few days until I realised, my bites were from bedbugs. As I told the problem to the reception and asked what to do now, I was told to wait a couple of hours until someone would look at the room. Then I got a new bed in a new room. To my concern that I would transfer the bugs, the staff just told me, I'd get a refund if there were bugs in the new room. There were and I got bitten so much. But I only told the staff after I was able to get a new accomodation, which was after check-out-time. So I would only get the day refunded that I didn't stay longer, not one of the past nights, no reduced price for the inconvenience. The way this problem was dealt with and also the fact none of the staff were surprised, plus that the bugs were in both rooms and several beds, makes me think bedbugs are common in this hostel.

Honestly the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Got there and my bed wasn’t made, but the one guy at the front desk was nice and made it up. But that night my body got absolutely covered with BED BUG bites head to toe. They switched out my bed for the next night, but no sort of apology or anything. Almost like they weren’t surprised. My brother stayed in a separate room and he also got bit by bed bugs. Would not recommend to anybody. Disgusting

I stayed for 2 weeks, it was the cheapest out there. Sep 8-15 cost me 18.6/night. Sep 15-22 cost me 22.33/night. The only issue was in the last couple of days my bed was infested with bedbugs.

Je confirme qu'il y a malheureusement des punaises de lit. J'en ai maintenant dans mon duvet. Ĺ'infestation dans les lits n'est pas sévère et personnellement je n'ai rien vu et suis donc resté 4 nuits. Je regrette même si le prix de la nuit était imbattable et le personnel aimable.

Sketchy area, bathrooms that aren’t clean, and bed bugs. Never had an issue with bed bugs at any other hostel but we did at this one. Very gross.

Our stay was amazing. The personal was super helpful and patient. I was so happy for their opened mind and politeness. They help us with tickets, even they offered us to print it for free. Gave us ideas for what to eat and see. Guided us and made feel like home. My bed was perfectly clean and fresh to use. I enjoyed my night because we had great companions and the climatisation worked perfectly. Absolutely no bed bugs occured (as you can read in other references).

Nice, clean! (No issue with bedbugs, if you read the other reviews. The receptionist told me that they treat local problems seriously (call the exterminator) and I believe him). Everything looked and smelled nice and clean. Huge locker with an electronic lock supplied. Good AC. Shower clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my night there and will happily come back. No kitchen :/ but there's tables to sit, and a common fridge.

- out of city center, kind of a dangerous location at night, wouldn't recommend for sollo travel, - people are very loud at night slaming doors, talking and dragging chairs in the common room, - the room was fine, big enough, the bed is uncomfortable and i couldn't sleep because i was so scared of bed bugs mentioned in other reviews, - staff is kind of rude - okay for one night or emergency stay but other than that look elsewhere!!

Bed and washroom has bedbugs. I’m not comfortable at all. Locker key is not working. Its far from the train station or metro.

This is the WORST hostel I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to over 40 hostels around Europe. I booked me and my friend a night at this called hostel, I woke up at around 1am feeling very itchy, thought maybe mosquitoes or something to get surprised that my friend is awake and standing in the middle of the room. We both were attacked by bed bugs!!! I tried sleeping on the floor bur no luck, so I had to check out around 3 am to sleep at the airpoirt! And the guy at reception seemed used to this!!!!

Worst hostel ever. Arrived for one night, couldn’t stay for more than 3 hours due to bed bugs everywhere. Spent the night in airport instead. Location also is very far away. Train passes every now and then making it very hard to sleep plus bed bugs. Spare a fee more euros and book in any other hostel when in Milan.

There are small insects (bedbug) , they must do disinfection . I put the photos of me that shows a small insects on the bed bited me and I wanted from reception to change my room and they didn't change, they didn't even change the bed sheets. I claim a refund !!

If you can pay the extra £50 a get yourself a clean Airbnb apartment. We got bedbugs even in our separate room, horrible experience, honestly regret trying to save money on a hotel or Airbnb. I guess we learn and move forward.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn ook opzich prima, maar als je lekker wilt slapen tussen bedbugs zou ik hier gaan slapen. Ik wilde heerlijk slapen en voelde het ineens overal kriebels. Ik deed mijn deken omhoog en er liepen misschien wel 10 bedbugs langs en op me. De hygiëne is dus vreselijk hier

Goeie hostel, alleen jammer van de bedbugs. We wouden geld terug krijgen want dit is niet normaal. De medewerkers boeide het niks. Niet normaal day hygiëne inspectie er niks mee doet.

This is absolutely the worst hostel I have ever been to! Woke up super itchy in the middle of the night and I naively thought it was mosquito bites. Fast forward one hour when I checkee the sheets found a bedbug and realised I'd been bitten all over. The only decent employee there put me in a new room... but the new room had bed bugs too! I spoke to the manager in the morning only for them to accuse me of being the cause. Paid $35 euros to launder everything... shouldve gone to another place!

it had bed bugs, the towels were dirty, the door for our room didn’t lock properly. there was no safe for our valuables. the room was advertised to have air conditioning however this wasn’t true.

Es war extrem dreckig, kein Bad nur zwei stinkende Toiletten, es sah aus wie im Gefängnis. Personal sehr unprofessionell und unmotiviert. Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Keine Vorhänge, keine Privatsphäre, die Zimmer sehen aus wie im Gefängnis, es ist sticking, es stinkt, es gibt Bettwanzen, es ist laut. Ich habe für 3 Nächte gebucht, bin nach einer geflohen und habe mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen. Ich glaube, dass nur mit dieser Methode das Hostel überhaupt noch existiert. Nie wieder!

The common area was not nice. There a lot of solo male travelers that I didn't like the look of (or the way looked at me). Also the area seemed very silent and dodgy during evening after 22 o'clock. I walked there from Milano Lambrate and didn't have any problems but still.

el hostal no tiene energia ni gente alguna de lo que supone un hostal, hay personas viviendo alli de hace tiempo, creando otro tipo de ambiente. la limpieza del hostal da mucho que pensar, sin mencionar que hasta tuve problemas de chinches en una habitación, inaceptable. El personal hizo caso omiso a la situacion pues al parecer ya estan al tanto de que existe una plaga, 0 disposicion para ayudar al cliente. No tienen servicio de desayuno o siquiera algun tipo de cocina o algo para calentar agua, una decepción por donde se lo mire. No lo recomiendo ni para hacer una mala broma. Entiendo que los empleados son empleados y hacen su trabajo, (de mala manera pero lo hacen) veo un problema mas grande para la administración que le da igual su hostal y quien vaya alli, un completo fiasco

Wij zijn hier met een studiereis heen gegaan ECHT NOOIT MEER! Sommige kamers zitten bedbugs en er zou een ontbijtje zijn om 7 maar die was er helemaal niet.
