- SCONSIGLIO ALTAMENTE QUESTO OSTELLO. NON È SICURO. STATE ATTENTI. MI HANNO TRUFFATO. La mia esperienza è stata un incubo. Sono arrivata e ho scoperto di essere l’unica persona in tutta la struttura. Nessuno dello staff, nessuna reception, nessuna sicurezza. La mia stanza non si chiudeva a chiave, tutto era sporco, trascurato e sembrava abbandonato. A un certo punto hanno iniziato a bussare alla porta persone sconosciute. Ho passato ore nel panico, da sola, chiusa dentro senza sapere cosa fare. Ho temuto davvero per la mia incolumità. Non c’era carta igienica, nessuno a cui chiedere un asciugamano o un minimo di assistenza. Ho dovuto lasciare i miei effetti personali incustoditi. Mi avevano promesso che il problema della porta sarebbe stato risolto la mattina dopo. Nessuno si è mai presentato. Dopo il primo contatto iniziale, sono completamente spariti. A oggi non ho ancora avuto alcuna risposta, né un rimborso. Mi sento derubata. PRETENDO la restituzione del mio denaro. Questo posto è una truffa, evitatelo a tutti i costi.

+ Suporte do duche quebrado. Tampa da sanita avariada. Móveis do quarto com excesso de poeira. Não me ofereceram toalhas quando cheguei, e geralmente ficam no quarto, pensei que lá seria igual, porém não tinha. Quando fui tomar banho já não havia ninguém na receção e eu estava sem toalhas. Demoraram semanas para enviar a fatura que solicitei. 2 colaboradores com quem conversei não sabiam o procedimento para gerar a fatura e tive que esperar alguém que soubesse fazer, voltar a trabalhar.

+ This place should be avoided, they didn't even provide me with a towel so I took a shower without one (so much travelling, never seen such a situation) so it's a shitty hotel, I would have preferred a hostel a thousand times over. Impossible to sleep because of the noise, imagine that your bed is in a discotheque. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all

- O quarto era sujo , pequeno , a janela não podia abrir os banheiros sujos . Quando cheguei no local eu não tinha uma toalha para poder tomar um banho . Infelizmente eu tive problema de voos cancelados então não conseguir chegar ao Hostel a tempo de ter alguém na recepção e eles não poderia deixar uma toalha sem pagar um depósito . Então tive que tomar banho e me secar com as minhas roupas até porque não tinha onde eu comprar uma toalha . A noite é um inferno para dormir pois tem bares e muita gente e música alta , literalmente não é um lugar para quem estar com família ou alguém que precisa de um lugar para descansar e relaxar . Então corra desse lugar !
- Mit der vom Hotel angegebenen Karte konnte man sämtliche Zimmer öffnen. Dies wurde zum Glück dann behoben.Das Zimmer viel zu klein. Gerade nur ein Bett und die Tür ließ sich nicht öffnen. In der Nacht viel zu laut da es unterhalb eine Disco gibt.Dafür lagen Ohrstöpsel auf dem Bett und es gibt keine Handtücher frei, nur gegen eine Gebühr von 10 Euro.Wenn man früh abreisen muss ist niemand da und auf Anfrage ob es wie im Internet steht einen Shuttle zum Flughafen gibt ist man dann doch auf sich alleine gestellt. Für 90 Euro die Nacht eine absolute Frechheit. Nicht zu empfehlen.

So I was given the wrong room keycard and couldn't access the receptionist and was struggling to sleep due to the nightclub nearby. There is no curtain separating the beds, but, it is what is expected for the price.

- Noisy neighbourhood with screaming revellers in the streets till the early hours. Very small room for 4 bunk beds. Bad odour from soiled sheets

I think this could be a really nice place. But upon arrival I was just hurried into the room without a word of welcome or any further introduction. The facilities are alright, but the fridge at the moment of my visit was a catastrophe. A moldy avocado and a leakinb something were rotting away for quite some time. I lost the wish to cook something immediately. I was happy to only stay for one night.

The location is at a very noisy with noisy neighbors, the mattress is very thin, almost no places to leave your bags and clothings. I had many problems with the shower, I try to fix it a lot of hair came out

+ Staff and location as near to everything are excellent. Facilities are great.
- I was there Oct 2, Thursday night, and the noise didnt made me sleep. I didnt realise the hostel was next to the club. People were shouting, and bikes honking till 4am. . Then I read the comments dated 2022 which has been an on going problem. Same thing happened on Oct 3 Friday which was worst. I suggest to the owner to put another layer of glass or any sound proofing at the window to minimise the noise. Otherwise, everything is great except for the noise.
