The place was ok. I did not like the lobby girl opening my personal curtain without any permission!!! I am not sure if she knows that i am there or not but she should not do that... the whole beds are full of bed bugs. all our luggage is full of it. The beds are generally very dirty and unhygienic. The service and the toilets and showers weren't the best either. Not recommendable!

I am very disappointed with Agoda which has been hiding and avoiding issues in bed bugs! I was searching for rooms at Agoda but it has always hidden any comments on bed bugs, even avoiding the question I'm Q & A. This was proven by many travellers who stayed at bed bugs infested beds and yet the hostels got high ratings. Do you only care about money and not the suffering due to itchiness from bugs' bite?!

For everyone who stayed here. After checking out today, somebody contacted me on my number via WhatsApp and claimed to be the hostel team. They had all my information and its obviously a fraud or phishing attempt. So be aware!!! I still don’t know how that happened to them at Atelier. Will change the rating later, if this issue is cleared up. Be aware!! See screenshot attached of the fraudster message.

While the staff were great & very attentive the overall stay was sub par. After selecting a deluxe bed in the 6 room I was brought to the vault room - which at surface level was fine although cramped as there is very limited room to store luggage. Resulting in everyone’s bags piled together in the room. The bathroom situation was abysmal - the downstairs bathroom sink was broken & covered for the 3 days of my stay. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Majorly catfished by the photos. The place is dark dingy and not well kept. I was meant to be staying in the room on the ground floor - I walked in and it smelt so badly of damp and mould. I climbed up to my bed and the mattress had multiple stains, dust everywhere, curtains hanging down and broken. The bed was inside the vault area in the room so the aircon didn’t reach it and was about 30c They are obviously aware of the issues as I was given a refund instantly

This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, the pictures make it look bright and clean, but when you step inside, it’s hot, smelly, and has no air circulation. Endroit propre et personnel au top ! Dean est extrêmement sympathique, disponible et donne de bons conseils. La déco est recherchée et l'équipement du lit bien pensé. A re-commander !

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hostel. Würde hier gerne wieder buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück wird in der Lobby serviert. MRT Chinatown nur 5 Gehminuten, Hawker Center Lau Pa Sat 10 Minuten mit grosser Auswahl und preisgünstige Getränke und Gerichte. Alles gut. Exzellent!, besonders hervorzuheben ist das unfassbar sympathische und zuvorkommende Personal. Wir haben direkt zusammen einen persönlichen individuellen Tourguide für den Aufenthalt in Singapur entworfen. Zimmer und Einrichtung ist ebenso hervorzuheben! Sehr toller Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Ik heb het hier onwijs naar mijn zin gehad. Schoon hostel met gratis ontbijt en de vriendelijkste mensen ooit. Dean maakt het verblijf echt geweldig. Als je hem vraagt om tips voor Singapore dan geeft hij je een hele planning. Ik was hier bijna een hele week en het was moeilijk weg gaan. Auberge vraiment très bien placée, on peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Proche de la station de métro Chinatown (2 lignes dont la ligne centrale). L’entrée se trouve dans un café à côté d’une boutique de chocolat. Pas évident à trouver du premier coup. Les capsules sont grandes, le casier individuel se ferme avec un bracelet donné à l’arrivée. 地點非常好，近佛牙寺、麥斯威熟食中心，亞坤、服務人員友善，床位高度夠高，有電子鎖環，要爬樓梯，早餐也好吃，唯一不喜是浴室沒置放衣物的地方，吹風機很弱，門上只有一個S勾，價錢沒有到超值

L'hostel est très bien placé, tout est propre, pas de bruit. Le staff est vraiment sympa, on s'y sent super bien. Dean est une personne très accueillante, qui conseille sur ce qu'il y a a faire à Singapour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit! Merci à toute l'équipe! Eugénie

地點非常方便，附近有牛車水站跟麥士威站，這兩條線可以到達非常多大景點，重點是，這裡的人都非常親切、熱情、友善，免費的早餐也很好吃，我來新加坡六天，前三晚住這裡，後三晚住別家，換到別家以後，非常想念這裡的人事物，下次來新加坡，一定要再來！

Tout est parfait. Cet hostel est genial. Accueil attentif et employés très prévenant. N'hésitez surtout pas à poser vos questions. Décor vieillot qui a un effet très distingué. Lit confortable, salle de bain propre et nombreuses. Petit espace cuisine mais fonctionnel. Emplacement idéal sur l'île.
