- One of the worst work trips to Copenhagen, unpleasant staff that doesn't know anything. In chat I received one information, when in reality it was absolutely different. Two girls worked at midnight, skinny blonde girl was straight out rude and unhelpful, curly girl saved situation.

- That bed was horrible. Stayed with my wife but the bed was separated in the middle. It was made of two seperate beds.

There was a guy in our room who didn’t shower or clean his clothes, so the room was very smelly and unpleasant. We had to sleep with the window open; otherwise, it was impossible to sleep. The kitchen was very small for this kind of hostel, if you wanted to cook something, you had to go there at least an hour in advance. Towels were not included (you had to pay for them), and you had to make your own bed upon arrival, which was quite disturbing, if you arrived late and tired. Overall it was ok
Overall it was ok for the price. But the staff was not the nicest and the duvet was dirty.
I loved it when I arrive however this was the most traumatic and horrible stay. I had a creepy man in my room make advances towards me then get completely naked in front of my bed when I came back from the bathroom. When I went down to the reception distraught, they completely dismissed the situation and refused my request for a refund (as I was not about to sleep up there). They additionally did not remove the man from the hostel. Crazy responses c from a hostel that has kids there too
Check in en autonomie bonjour l’accueil. L’auberge s’apparente plus à une usine qu’autre chose. Un grand merci au personnel qui se démène tant bien que mal pour faire fonctionner cette machinerie et aider les clients . Jamais vu une cuisine si peu équipée proportionnellement à l’établissement. Expérience personnelle compliqué nous avons décidé de quitté l’auberge avant la fin du séjour.
Check in in autonomy hello reception. the hostel looks more like a factory than anything else. a big thank you to the staff who go out of their way to run this machinery and help the guests . never seen a kitchen so poorly equipped in proportion to the establishment. complicated personal experience we decided to leave the hostel before the end of the stay.
Tutto molto bello unica GRANDE PECCA l' ostello è grandissimo e hanno SOLO una CUCINA PICCOLISSIMA, PRATICAMENTE UN CORRIDOIO, solo due fornelli a induzione due frigoriferi, zero forni, zero credenza, zero tostapane e tre pentole in croce. Altra pecca i cuscini sono due piume, vuoti, inesistenti. È un peccato perché sennò sarebbe perfetta.
Everything very beautiful unique BIG PECCA the hostel is grandissimo and they have ONLY one BIG PECCA CUCINE, PRACTICALLY ONE CORRIDO, only two induction stoves two refrigerators, zero forni, zero credenza, zero toast and three pots in croce.

Si usas transporte público está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son tal y como en las fotos pero la limpieza del polvo escasea un poco. Por lo demás, todo genial
The rooms are exactly as in the photos but the dust cleaning is a little lacking. otherwise, everything is great
Bathroom in a shared cell is good. overall is very clean.
I booked a twin room for my stay. The room itself was clean, comfy and everything you would want. The beds were comfy (quite bouncy but comfy). There were lots of plug sockets and mirrors in the bedroom. The en-suite was very clean and had everything you need: large mirror, both body and hand towels, hair dryer, bathroom bin, soap and body wash. The shower itself had good pressure and temperature control. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This hostel is a fantastic stay!
The kitchen and room were really dirty. My Room was smelling so bad. It is very Social and they have a lot of fun things there
Sehr digitalisiertes Hostel, gefiel mir richtig gut. Eine kurze Anweisung beim Self Check In wäre bei der Wartung gestern ganz nett gewesen. Ansonsten tolle Leute. Gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato all’hotel A&O Copenhagen Sydhavn l’ho trovato ottimo. La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione, anche se non vicinissimo al centro città; comunque arrivarci non è affatto difficile. L’ambiente dell’hotel è piacevole e accogliente, la colazione è ottima con una buona varietà e qualità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero buono. Sicuramente lo raccomando!
Ho soggiornato allhotel A&O Copenhagen Sydhavn I found it excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the station, although not vicinissimo to the city center; however getting there is not at all difficult. The ambience of the hotel is pleasant and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent with a good variety and quality. The value for money ratio is really good. I definitely recommend it!
Everything was great. However, please note that you will need to make your own bed upon arrival.
