Sayunique Boutique Hostal

Good, quiet and clean hostel close to the bus station, but you are not allowed to leave your backpack in a corner after checkout times, which I found a bit strange. Difficult to find on maps.

My favourite things about this hostel: very quiet at night (since it’s a 10 minute walk from town), near to the bus stop, very clean, free water to drink, felt safe. What could be improved: more comfortable place to sit and hangout with other travellers, CURTAINS ON BEDS. The price is fair for what is was and I enjoyed my time.

Pros: hostel was clean, quiet, good location near the bus station and a short walk into the centre, good price. Cons: no activities organised by the hostel to help interact with other guests, no privacy in the dorm (curtains are needed on the bunk beds), small locker space so people’s backpacks are out and it can be messy. Overall a nice stay for how much it cost

Lovely Hostal. It was kept perfectly clean at all times. The bed was comfortable, the showers/bathrooms were spacious and clean & the towels were white and fluffy! Minimalistic decor well executed. And a nice little balcony to chill and relax. Both Elio and Jose were great...gracias por la musica chicos!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hostel! It was quiet but still close to the center. Everything was clean and you have all you need in the kitchen. The staff was so so nice and we felt super comfortable. It felt quite homely :) Gracias!

Lovely and welcoming hostel. The staff was super attentive and the whole property was very clean. It is located just a few steps away from the bus station which is very convenient. Would highly recommend staying there!

Place was right behind the bus station which was great! Easy to go to the other beaches like san pancho. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t near the beach because the plaza area can get very loud, so i was able to get decent sleep. The hostal was very clean and loved the decor. I really enjoyed that it was a small hostel because you really get to meet everyone. The staff members and volunteers were super nice.
