- Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Das Bett hatte eine Matratze, die nicht zumutbar war. bei Problemen gab es keine Lösung nur komplettes Desinteresse Das Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant nebenan angeboten und besteht aus zwei Spiegeleiern mit einer Scheibe Toast und einer Tasse Kaffee sowie eine kleinen Glas schlechtem Saft. Unfassbar schlecht und überteuert.

+ We stayed for a short afternoon visit before an evening flight and unfortunately found the experience below expectations. While we appreciated being able to check in around noon, the reception felt a bit unwelcoming. The room was not as quiet as we had hoped, and noise from other guests was quite noticeable. No lock from the inside on the door. Place could use a fresh coat of paint. Upon arrival, we found a long hair on the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. While the location is convenient, overall the stay did not meet the standards we were expecting.

- Smell, noise, cleanliness, really long black haie on the bed, no lock on the door, staff not very friendly, paid more than price given on booking.

- The facilities in the room were either missing or broken. The front desk promised a refund but instead of making one they applied a cancellation fee and made me use an hour to sort it out with the booking.com. Also the breakfast was poor

+ The location of the property is great. It’s located 3-4 minutes (by walking) from old town.

- This apartment-airbnb-excuse of a “boutique hotel” is anything less to be admired to be honest. It’s not a “boutique hotel” at all. In fact we thought it was a scam. It’s a little sketchy and looks run-down. We were told that we could check-out of the hotel at 12 pm and we had someone walk in twice, without knocking at our door. The third encounter was with the receptionist who told us that we had to check out at 10 am when that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

+ Jeg har bestilt en familieværlse til 5 personer to voksen og 3 børn, under 12,10,og 3 år, vi fik to værelse delt i to bytninger, hvordan små børn kan sover på en anden bytning alene uden sin forældre.. når jeg har bestilt hotelen, stå at hotelen tilbyder parkering, på reception ekspedienten var ligeglad, at han har ikke parkering til os, jeg betalt 42€ parkering for en nat, meget genre den beløber skal retur på min konto

- Infelizmente fui maltratado pela rececionista do hotel devido ao pagamento, situação causada pela booking e pelo o hotel.. A rececionista parecia que estava a fazer um frete e não tentou resolver a situação da melhor maneira possível pouco profissionalismo. Hotel sem receção 24horas! Não recomendo o hotel.

- Cet hôtel ne mérité absolument pas des étoiles. Les photos proposent un établissement boutique, alors que l’accès se fait par une rue sale et jonchée de poubelles et d’odeurs. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé : ledit lit a été fourni sans matelas. On nous a expliqué qu’ils n’en n’avaient juste pas. La salle de bain était sale - j’ai vu une femme de ménage nettoyer la cuvette des toilettes avec une serviette de bain. Petit déjeuner à fuir : une pièce qui fait office de cagibi à bagages.

+ Idealan smjestaj za kratki boravak u Splitu. Sve je blizu od same rive za prosetati do restorana i kafica u blizini.

- Nema parkiraliste. Ako zelite u blizini parkirat morate platiti vise od 30€ za dan. Docekala me strana djelatnica Sa losim engleskim. Kad smo usli u sobu osjetio se Jak miris kanalizacije. U zimi Sam morao otvoriti SIROM prozor da mogu disati. Ogledalo u kupaoni bilo razbijeno, vrata od TuS Kabine slomljena. Nisam Bio zadovoljan. Imate TV koji nema ni jedan program. Ako zelite bilo sta gledat treba platiti. Samo YouTube mozete ako se registrirate Sa svojim podacima.

- Osoblje koje ne govori više od jednog jezika. Mislim da je hrvatski jezik obavezan, pa onda engleski i drugi.

+ Great stay! We received a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Ina was very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended!
